c did i nt tell u all b4 that smriti hd made a wrong move by choosing sony pal serial?
latest news its going off air 2nd jan 2015 😲
too many negative characters never work 4 a serial.nor does a show work when u show d hero subdued as most ppl in India rather prefers an arrogant wife beating raging rich man being wooed n slowly converted into an ideal husband material by a bechari beautiful obedient pious woman 🤢
ya this is the formula that never fails ..if u dnt use 1 time miscarriage 2 times divorce 3 times memory loss 5 times plastic surgery n an on n off relationship with exes dropping in n out like free rainfall chances r ur show wnt gt d desired trps 🤣

Agree with u JMS.Even I knew from beginning that show won't last long.

First all Sony shows hardly have any trp however popular the actors is.

Secondly the reason u mentioned is absolutely bang on about the qualities in the leading man.Since most of K shows have same storyline and getting good trps.

I feel if the show was on any other channel it would have atleast been for 1 yr.

But I am proud of Smiriti kalra it was a different role and she was brilliant.Plus if u have read her intv here she said many look for channel.name and fame but her only criteria is good role.Hats off for that.

Hopefully we will see her in new role l in the new year.

Jimu I think it was a good decision, it was a different role all actors should try different roles, the only bad problem was it was on Sony TV they are not a good channel if TRPs are not high the show gets shut down... I use to watch Dekha Ek Khwab on Sony the show had so much potential but still Sony got rid of it...now same with ISK the show has so much potential they shouldnt have done illogical wedding track

I totally agree the cliche option works like u mentioned but its repetitiveand old ISK had a gd storyline but the dumb marriage track ruined it

I still watch it though Smiriti is brilliant as Neha

isk started with an awesome story and Smiriti was p e r f e c t !! Hats off to her natural acting. the show now forgot its concept and focusing on daadi neha fights and saas getting angry on bahu and husband taking biwi/mother side. no story.
honestly i find anuj a bit boring. i know shivin does a boring role too but male lead of isk nt at all powerful . agree with u.
i will miss Smiriti 😭 she just came n now going 😭

Well..that's how it is..

I liked the show in the beginning..but then did NOT like the chemistry between the leads..not coz the actors were not good but because of the character sketch itself..Neha is a child at heart, while Aman is a grown up person mentally..It was weird and uhm..a bit creepy 😆..I prefer watching friendship/hatred turned love stories where both have the same level of maturity..opinion, of course.. Same reason why I hated RC with Suvreen..and loved Yuvreen.

Smiriti, being a highly dedicated actor took it up because she found the role interesting and wanted to play something she never had played before..(I like her selection more than Shivin's..who probably chose his char for similar reasons. But its just the scripts changing with time..not really the actors' faults.) The experience she had wanted would already have been earned by her from her portrayal of Neha whether it was a one month running show or of three years..But I'll miss her..

Last paragraph made me ROFLOL. 🤣😆
