The conversation that happened between Arzoo and Sahir the previous day was not professional...I know they haven't acknowledged any other relation but Sahir flared u because she invaded his personal space...

Even after that he didn't actually say much about her unprofessional behaviour during the meeting..yes normal bosses wouldn't snatch the phone...they would probably tell the employee to leave!

After all that Arzoo wanted permission...to leave during office hours...let's not even talk about the reason,,,,she asked,,,he asked why,...how can she mix personal with professional...he didn't even have to apologize as her boss the previous day...he did it because he knows her as she is living in his House..

To say so rudely that it doesn't matter to him anyway if she is there or not,..what would she say if Sahir said she could quit right away as that was indeed true in the office as well...!

That was totally unnecessary and quite arrogant actually...she is definitely taking advantage of the personal rapport she has isn't she...Linda didn't react like this the other day when denied permission for a stated reason!

And to say...whether you give permission or not I will go anyway..I don't even know what to say...even though it's a show...Arzoo should certainly be shown as likeable and relatable atleast...

One day she loves him...the next she is so rude and arrogant...how is she even considering she can help heal his pain?

Today she was talking to her boss and that was an unfair advantage she took and unprofessional!

Just my view from what I see on screen...whether she is in love or angry with Sahir at that time she was in his office!

I agree with u pri ..sigh what can I say ..it's such a disappointing track I mean at office or at home it's Like a claustrophobic feeling tht I get everytime i watch the show accompanied with a headache ...😆

After the back to back epis of character inconsistency of not only ARZOO but also zaki and so many loopholes it's not even funny now ...

I think whether it was home or office sahir has always been a LIL fair n ARZOO has been quiet impulsive with her judgements n decisions ...

Wonder wht is awaiting now ahead

What hadd Sahir spoke about was about personal matters ... how does that exclude his right to ask an employee why she wants to leave in the middle of working hours is beyond me ... how conveniently arzoo mixed personal and professional life ... no employee can speak to a boss like that period! This neither shows arzoo as a strong woman nor a modern woman ... it just shows her as someone with a big ego always taking advantage of others nicety! Even if she didnt want to tell the matter there was no need for her to lecture him with what he had clearly said about personal life!!!

I have said it before will say it again arzoo is not fit to work ... she is impulsive and immature ... and instead of learning and improving she is stuck with that and hasn't moved fwd an inch!

She thinks its her right to ask and know everything about everyone but for herself she has every right to be always oh so private as and when she wants, even if that means her being unprofessional!

very well said... totally agree with you... That is not the way one should behave in the office also coming to ask for permission but would still insist to go then why did Aarzoo even asked😕

She was so unprofessional...answering messages during meetings..taking off suddenly even if your boss doesn't like it...heights of bad manners. Sahir could have fired her then and there. He didn't ..how sweet of him. This lady has really forgotten why she came to Mumbai in the first place. All she is good at right now is being rude 😡

Arzoo is a spoilt brat in Saiyara, all thanks to Alvira , now Sahir. Which boss will allow his employee to talk the way she does to him, behave very unprofessionally, she has no time table for her work. No other employee of sahir has this advantage, Sahir didn't allow half day off to Linda, to celebrate her son's bday , even though she is a single mother. Arzoo is special after all.

Sahir is the kind of a man who lets his girl have her way no matter what, Arzoo is ameer admi ki bigdi hui Girlfriend 😆

But even sahir was being unprofessional. Arzoo clearly stated that she has to leave for some personal reasons so he shouldn't have asked again about the reason for leaving. I guess they both try to be professional but their own feelings come in their way. 😉

Yeah he asked that more than once even after hearing that she was leaving for personal reasons but that doesn't give her the right to be this rude,she could have avoided it some how,but the way she behaved,if Linda or anybody had,would've got fired immediately.They just butchered Aarzoo beyond limits.She came here to fulfill the dreams of her family,but I don't know why she behaves so unprofessionally.

Arzoos has shown far far more unprofessional behaviour than professionalism!

I can safely say that she doesn't act like someone who wants to make a career..and she was too rude today! The arrogance came through more than anything else...of one who knows that she can't b dismissd from the office!
