I really don't see where they are taking this girl in the show but lets just try & see what really will go on 😆

If she was really smart, and really wanted to avoid her former seedy life, she would turn her attentions to Vikram and just try to marry into the family instead of instigating Seema against Gunjan over the father of her child. She's only going to fail in that regard, as Mayan are too devoted to each other to be separated especially now.

If she goes after Gunjan with who is the daddy she will lose. Gunjan will not sit back n take that she will do something n in the end she will find out sbout Bindiya for sure.
