Hi Everyone
Thoughtful and highly critical response from all of you!

Really unbelievable what the CVs are showing a child doing. Salim surely drank and took opium, but as an adult, not as a child. They must be psychos of the worst order. 🤢

I had an inkling of this the first time Salim hears bells and goes to the dancing school of Anar. And later when Ruq realizes for the first time that he is attracted to dance.

Coming to Maham vs Ruqs, yes both are bad. I meant between the devil and the deep sea, if you had to choose, who would it be?

Maham used Jalal for power and made him believe that she was the only one he could trust, she was the only one who loved him. She made him dependent on her for every thing. In other words, she made him totally weak from inside and controlled his mind. She kept everyone away from him and she made sure he never had heirs so that her son could become the next king.

In all this, however, she never directly harmed him and may be loved him in her own sick way. And all her plots used to fail at some point and she would have to plot again.

So it was not bad to see her because she was a typical vamp who would lose in the end of every track.

But Ruq has no love for Salim. She is directly harming him to control him. Worse, she is getting away with everything unlike Maham. She is always winning. This is the worst possible message for a prime time TV show to send that EVIL CAN WIN, if properly planned and the ones on the side of goodness are losers.

Which is why I would say that Ruq as a vamp is much worse than Maham, because of the message they convey to the audience and the way they deal with a child in their care.

I do, however, respect everyone's sentiments here. All of you have put fwd your views convincingly and rationally.

Thanks so much!

Good morning Akka...😊

I completely agree with you in this regard. This is really so stupid and senseless on the part of CVs to show such UNHEALTHY things...

They should NOT have shown Salim doing all such things...afterall he is a 9 year old kid...

Sickness personified🤢
