MAny things Pritam did wrong here
Not nominating Praneet and as we all can see ali succeded in his planning to be close to pritam and get karishma as a captain
pritam is so stupid that even diandra voted for karishma, she was still loyal to her friend but he wated for karishma
"Dand" was supposed to be based on work and task - he did it because of personal issues..

so far I liked him but--most negative captain so far even - diandra was better - but since pritam has become captain-he doesnt even talk to praneet..always in Bedroom with bedroom gang..
