...Practice karte rehna ?

The doctor is suppose to teach the technique in case it has to be practiced. How can she write it on a prescription and explain it ?

Or may be I missed something ? Do we have any doctor or medical student here who can help me out ?

Visualisation techniques, she meant it's like a sort of meditation techniques for him to overcome sudden burden in relieving himself..

That is the question. Akash asked for medicines which she refused and later wrote some visualization technique which he is suppose to practice.

If it is an exercise which the person has to do physically doctor or her assistant should teach him that . How can that be written on a paper ?

Only thing here can be that she had written the technique which the patient is suppose to learn from her assistant once her session with the patient is done.

Btw the doctor is too discouraging. I thought psychiatrist encourage their patients to do new things in life.

Here I felt Roshan is too concerned for Aakash.. Visualisation techniques.. He had vertigo, it's like a physical exercise for inner soul to overcome his fear..Like meditation, which can control his senses and bringing positive mode.. Everytime we used Roshan teaching him to overcome and also controlling his horrible fear..it's a internal exercise in controlling his thoughts, fear of heights inorder to overcome that particular moment.. And I too felt she had personal feelings for Aakash..
