I have not watched any of the daily soaps earlier so do not really know how the twists usually happen. But the best part I like about 4 lions is that the creatives always give indication of things to come. For example Kurti apa says that the luck might favor them in the coming days and suddenly we see Zaki's gf at the door step indicating ki ab things will turn topsy turvy. Rehman tells Sahir that he has found someone to finance the biggest deal of his life. N Sahir has already told him that he will even sell himself to make the deal happen.

If you connect the two, probably Rahman will ask Sahir to marry his daughter because I am sure Zaki will refuse to marry her because he is in love with Arzoo. Zaki may use the photo shopped photos to prove that he and Arzoo are in love and arzoo might support him like she did earlier for his previous gf knowing that Zaki is a flirtbaaz, not knowing that the girl is pregnant.

Sahir will step back and agree to marry the gf because heart broken he will believe that Arzoo loves his brother and he will want to concentrate on the upcoming deal.
