It doesn't matter to me that much who wins. But each one has his faults and positives. No one is above this rule. Everyone has done gossiping, talked rudely to each other, back stabbed in one way or another,etc.

Today's episode proves that Bigg boss also thought that it is safe only to send Gautam and Sonali to the mall. They are well liked by audience. Bigg boss knows that if he sends some one else instead of Gautam and Sonali, those people will get bashed by public.

Majority of the audiences like Gautam.

You are right LunchBox, each has their own faults. No one is an angel in that house. But Gautam is the best amongst them. Episodes, tasks have revolved around Gautam. He has contributed majorly towards entertaining audience. Hence, Gautam deserves to win Bigg boss 8.
