I dont agree with Harshad going to jail just becoz he is a villain..Lets see a recap of what happened so far in our favourite show..

If attempt of murder is what Harshad did,Fab 5 did that more than jus once..

When Navya was dumped in a pile of garbage can with no ventilation

When Shahid was provoked to commit suicide

When Alya sent goons after Nandini (Dhruv hit Manik for that but did not even scold Alya.😒.raise whole of another argument!)

When Manik made settings to drown Harshad in water tank with his hands and legs tied!!!

Guys please dont tel me that Manik always had it covered..Even Harshad had it covered knowingly or accidentally..be it beaten Cabir or Cutting the harness lift of Manik, he did it in open, so if there was serious damage people can see and help them..(thats an implicit view)

So When it comes to crimes..either Fab5 or Harshad.they scores same..No one is better than other..Why should there be any change..It was better that way..They are teenagers...Let them be the way they are and fight as equals.

He swung the bat to smash Nandu's head, which would have hit the mark had it not been for Manik saving her.

All the bullying that you mentioned by fab5 was disgusting and shouldn't be encouraged but they seemed to have suffered for it- Cabir's homosexuality is outed, the kind of shame he got from public and his mom now is comparable to what Shahid went through , even if the two incidents are not to be compared.

It was only cabir who suffered...what about Alya?..Her intentions cannot be good when she sent goons right? Or Shahid being humiliated? was it good?

Navya was treated horribly but it is Mukti who is time and again trying to warn her about Harshad. Mukti as a teen is willingly making a wrong into a right, she who put Navya in the bin- offered HERSELF, HER BODY to harshad so that he can leave Navya.

I have nothing to say about Navya as she is a mature individual..and whatever happened between her and Harshad is consensual..If she is dumb enough to trust Harshad then its inevitable that she suffer consequences..

^^ A member of fab5 putting herself on the line to save their victim from an event which doesn't concern them.

This is why fab5 gets the support, because they seem to be rising above their petty behaviour and holding on to their humanity without any grudges.

Manik had some sort of timer on during the water boarding scene, we cannot be sure if his was an attempt to kill- not justifying it but Harshad has owned up to having the intent to kill- which is a criminal offense.

While Harshad's behaviour with Nandini, Navya and the extent of murdering Manik , attacking Cabir makes him unredeemable.

His no remorse, his willingness to trap innocent girls like Navya.Nandini to sort his scores with fab5 , who were not provoking him in any manner before Cabir's attack shows that he needed the jail time.

It would have been ridiculous to show a guy confessing to wanting to kill somebody on tape and not be placed in jail.

There would be countless times Manik had said the word but jus not recorded..😉

He was throwing Manik & Nandini together so that Manik & Alya's relationship break without considering how this will affect his sister he claims to love.

He is using Navya for this revenge shit, how do you think he is covering up this?

If you try and see their backstory, then also you will realize that even though Harshad pushed Manik towards death that night to save himself..Manik has not actively attacking Harshad till this water tank attack. His acts against Harshad so far were more of defending the attacks. While Harshad has made it his life agenda to destroy and now kill Manik.

As long as it was war of words, both sides were doing fine.

He has a psychological problem.

And he has gone too far into his revenge drama, that he is not willing to listen to anyone.

No remorse makes him liable for punishment.

He chose to ignore restraining order, a breach of law from his side.

Think about it.

And as Genie said, Fab 5 is on a growth path ..they are evolving... stumbling and learning to focus on positive side of life..learning to be good. Harshad is stuck in a rut. And thats why needs action that can prevent him from doing more damage.

Well Dhruv was present at that time and would have jumped in to save her, but yes Nandini by being who she is unlike the other students took charge herself. If we are going to not take words on face value then there is no point arguing it.

Alya's brother , the only brother she has is going to the jail. She is improving , she accepted her mistake - FIRST STEP TOWARDS evolving .She realized what she did was wrong, the guilt of it- lost her 7 year old relationship and the guilt of it was suffocating. Main thing unlike Harshad she is not blaming or running away from her action. She knew she did wrong.

Shahid - I have explained, like he also said on the show, he had his retribution when Cabir was humiliated.

@Bold - You lost me there. But this wasn't about Navya, it was about Mukti and how she has evolved.

By the way a case can be tried on Harshad by Navya for sexual exploitation on false promises. Legal offence , misleading under fraud and mistrust. But then you think Nanvya is mature individual- won't she be still a juvenile at 17 , so could it fall under rape too- considering Harshad is around 21 ? I will leave this to the Legal eagles here.

He got her because he knew what she did to fab5 , he wanted to use her as a pawn against Dhruv-Manik.. He told Manik's mom , this girl is good for troubling Manik. His goal was not to save Nandu's career but to have his plan put to motion.

Also when in that jungle both Manik and Harshad had an option of saving Nandini or taking the guitar , we know who went for what. So yeah some great save Harshad did for Nandini..oops the guitar.

aww, But the difference- Harshad did push the young Manik to die. "DID" And he confessed of of doing the crime , not once , not twice but 3 times. Do you see the pattern , since he was the one initiating the crimes- most of fab5 retaliations will be termed as self defense. Forget fab5 , Shouldn't Raghav filing a complaint of violence and hate crime against Harshad be enough? Another innocent victim, who Harshad had no problems offing it for his big bad plans.
