Why are people saying he will drink? Latif stopped him and later he threw the bottle, saying he doesn't need anyone/anything...including "this." no? I know it could be referring to Sanam as well, but I thought it was the bottle at first?

How illogical this plot seems .the sanam jaap mujhe apni mohabbat par yakeen hain is heights of bewakoofi I mean she should think tat aahil might be worried not finding her at home .what he will answer the guest and tanveer can use this opportunity and plot against her but no madam has become agyakaari beti .upon that razia also died now aahil might not believe sisters swap story .till now sanam never even bothered to find about her badi ammi when tanveer said she was shifting her to some hospital .and someone plzz answer my question weren't zoya asad burned when tanveer lit the siddique mansion then who cremated them and how did dilshad know that among 100 s of graveyard she guessed where they had been cremated?
