That newspaper was not allowed to be published or circulated. Infact to stop that paper only, Sakshi and Rajnath killed Rehmat and burnt the press.

Sakshi did all this at behest of Rajnath or for him, I believe it will be revealed as part of their deal.

Ok, thanks I got it,
I watched the epi in sleep so didn't listen carefully and read the WU
Just now watched that part on star tv.
So, the article is published by this particular 'Modelstation Express' at Akram's father's press but no other newspapers published that article.

But it is true that she didn't do any research either.
She should have secretly followed Sakshi and Rajnath in those 2 years.
She could find out the connection between Sakshi and orphanage.
Similarly to many Rajnath's secrets.
