Their are many times when u are high on emotions and lose sight of what is right or wrong , here as Postirus say he must have been scared that someone is at home to attack him hence fired

First of all we have study the case from start
We have again it was accident and it not preplanned or
murder and we have prove beyond point it was accident and he us guilty but for keeping illegal arm's

There are certain things which we do in the spur of the moment but don't want it to happen actually!! The Defense believes that this case is something of that sort!! The accused is guilty of illegal arms but cann't be guilty of the accident as he did it as a self-defense mechanism and in that mode, no one has another option!!
