I was wondering ..

Does kernel had any child ..

Son or daughter ..

As he had a wife ..

But how she died? ..

His flashback ..

His wife wanted to come with him for expedition ...

...

His past story ...

At first he didn't wanted to go for expedition ...

May be. Coz he lost someone close to him ...

May be his wife ...

...

He sees anjali as his own daughter ..

Just couldnt help correcting.

Kernel means ,The inner and usually edible part of a seed, grain, nut or fruit stone'

Here the correct spelling is Colonel

Yes, there are some things which was still hidden slowly we will reach a point.. Now the pace of the s looks pretty fascinating one.. I loved how writers interlinked everyone's past around everest.. He losed his wife but how, when and where? I don't think he had a daughter but anything can be done..

I think Colonel's wife died during Everest expedition, either with him or in his absence. Thats why Colonel refused to lead expedition at first but now hes agreed as he was moved with Anjali's personal story, he thinks his wife would have encourage someone like Anjali too.

Yes I do feel the same...
I feel anjali and colonel's bond is no less than a daughter-father bond...
And I too wonder what happened
There are so many possibilities...
And I feel with every step towards Everest a story will b revealed...
Be it colonel or any other character...

May be the reason ..he didn't wanted to go was his wife ..

N the reason he is going is also his wife ..

N also for anjali whom he sees as his own daughter

I don't think that it is about a father/daughter bond between them that makes him want to go on the expedition. Anjali touched him, no doubt & I'm sure he'd be blessed to have a daughter like her. But I think he wants to go with Anjali because going with her would make him feel like he's fulfilling his wife's dream with another person who thinks just like her. The same passion, the same wish to want to summit EVEREST for the person they love the most.
