Note: Please accept my apologies if any of comments hurt your feelings. They were all made in jest.
A lady, Sunaina, is complaining to her husband that she doesn't understand his need to go to Delhi again and again. He tells her not to start again and again. He explains why he's going. She complains again and tells him to do his own packing. She asks why he's packing his swimming costume if he's going for work. He throws it out and suddenly their fight stops. Disha comes in with important papers, air ticket, and other stuff. Sunaina gets angry at that. She asks to go with him and he promises to take her next time he goes. He leaves. Sunaina is sitting in front of the mirror and calls someone saying that Manish has left for Delhi and asks if everything is ready. She smiles slyly.
On the way, Manish is talking to someone on the phone about Sunaina almost catching him. The driver starts talking about how he's never sat in an airplane yet. Manish stops him on the way.
Sunaina leaves the house with a bag.
The driver gets a call and says that he's reached Tilak Nagar. He's told a customer is waiting, so he'll arrive in 15 minutes. Manish gets back in the car with something that sounds like bottles and tells the driver to stop at Green Lily Hotel, not the airport. The taxi driver drops him off and leaves. Meanwhile Manish enters the hotel where a supposed man is hiding behind a newspaper shooting Manish on his phone. Manish checks in as Roshan Kumar. (I'm getting bored now. Move the story on already!) He asks if any rooms beside his are empty, but they aren't. A waiter offers to take his stuff to his room, but Manish gets angry and leaves with his stuff alone. The waiter feels sad at getting yelled at for no reason. Manish enters his room and checks it out. He says that now there won't be any fights for 2 days. He turns the TV on and puts in an order for fried rice. He turns on the AC and turns off the TV. Then he hears someone come into his room and asks who it is. (Oh for god's sake. Who talks to themselves about every little thing? I might say one or two things, but this is too much!) The supposed man from the lobby leaves a room as a waiter arrives with Manish's order and the waiter from the lobby lets him know that he isn't going to get any tip. The waiter knocks on Manish's door while Manish is yelling at unknown man that he has a gun and starts firing. (Mad man.) A crowd collects and one waiter gets the security guard. The security guard starts to go into the room, but gets hurt. The waiter decides to call CID. Meanwhile 2 men escape the hotel quickly.
CID (ACP Pradyuman, Dushayant, Freddy, Nikhil, Shreya) reach the hotel. ACP Pradyuman asks if there's another exit and is told that 301 is an inter-connect room with 302. Dushayant asks who is staying in 302. The receptionist replies Mr. Kumar who isn't there right now. ACP Pradyuman and Dushayant enter 302 and use the inter-connect door to get into 301 to find Manish dead. Dushayant checks the room, but finds it empty. He lets Freddy, Shreya, Nikhil, the receptionist, and the waiter in. ACP Pradyuman asks for all the details on Mr. Roshan and Mr. Kumar. Then everyone starts checking the room. Dushayant says that there were a lot of bullets fired in the room. Shreya says that they found 7 bullet shells. ACP Pradyuman bags the gun found by Roshan and wonder who it belongs to. Freddy suggests that maybe Roshan fired the bullets into the wall to save himself. Then they search his clothes and Freddy finds 2 driver's licenses on him. One says Roshan and the other is Manish. The PAN card reads Manish. Dushayant says that he was hiding his identity. The receptionist, Sneha, returns with the details and is told that Roshan was hiding his identity. She apologizes for not checking and informs them that the other 4 guests who were on the floor have disappeared and their phones are off as well. ACP Pradyuman says that they want to see the CCTV footage of that floor. (Yep like always everything and everyone has perfect CCTV footage.) Sneha takes Nikhil and Dushayant into a room where they see the footage disappear suddenly. She says that maybe someone removed the footage from 9 to 11 which is when the 3rd floor guests came in. Dushayant blames Sneha.
Shreya tells ACP Pradyuman that 5 bullets were fired at the wall, one at Manish, and one outside which wounded the security guard. Dushayant and Freddy bring Sneha in and ACP Pradyuman gets angry at her for the footage disappearing. (Okay fine. Get angry. But why do they need to make him yell? My ears are ringing!) ACP Pradyuman asks who did it. Then he asks if Manish has come before. She says that he comes twice a month. He asks about the other 4 guests. She says that they usually came when Manish came and would take nearby rooms. ACP Pradyuman says that it means they knew each other. Shreya takes her away. Freddy wonders why he has to stay in a hotel twice a month when he stays in the city. ACP Pradyuman says that his family will answer their questions as well.
Sunaina is shocked and says that maybe he was kidnapped. Daya says nothing like that happened and shows the fake ID. Sachin adds that he stayed there twice a month for the past 6 months. Sunaina asks them to answer that question. Daya asks if he had an affair or enmity, but Sunaina doesn't know of anything. Freddy shows the ID of the 2 people next to Manish's. She recognizes them as Rohit and Prabhat. She says that they are Manish's childhood friends. She finds that weird, but says that they wouldn't kill Manish. She gives them Prabhat's address.
Prabhat is leaving his house when his wife sees. He tells her to lie if anyone asks about him. At that exact moment Sachin, Nikhil, Shreya, and Mayur arrive and tell her that Manish is dead and Prabhat was staying under a fake name in Green Lily Hotel. She opens the bedroom door and hands Prabhat over to CID immediately at that. (Good going.)
Abhijeet, Shreya, and Kavin reach the forensic lab where there's a brief AT scene. Dr. Salunkhe tells them that the bullet that they found in Manish was fired from the gun that was in the room, which may belong to Manish. Tarika adds that the fingerprints on the gun all belonged to Manish. She also points out that it had a blunt mark. Abhijeet says that it means that the bullet probably hit something and returned. Kavin asks about the other bullets. Dr. Salunkhe says that they were all fired from the same gun. Abhijeet thinks that the matter is something else and says that maybe the killer had a desi gun. Another small AT scene.
In the bureau, Rohit and Prabhat have been caught. Their wives are asking what the matter is. Abhijeet, Kavin, Nikhil and Shreya arrive there. The two pretend to be lost as to why they've been brought in. Abhijeet asks them why they murdered Manish. Both refuse murdering anyone. The wives are shocked on hearing that their husbands stayed in a local hotel under assumed names. One mentions a belan. (Sorry dear but I think that may be why your husband would run off to a hotel. And that's a mention of baal ka prayog. Bigg Boss kuch karo. Sorry I'm influenced by BB nowadays.) The 2 step aside with Abhijeet to talk about why they did what they did. The 2 wives say that they're sending all their stuff to the hotel and leave. Abhijeet asks them if Manish had any enemies. They don't know of any enemies. He asks about Kumar, but the 2 don't know anything about any Kumar.
They go back to the forensic doctor when Tarika calls Abhijeet. Dr. Salunkhe tells them that Manish didn't die due to the bullet. He died because of a chemical that if touched will kill someone. Kavin asks how long it would take to kill someone. Dr. Salunkhe says it takes 10 minutes, but during those 10 minutes a person can hallucinate as if someone is in the room. Abhijeet understands that Manish fired the bullets because of that poison. (Poison number 4,000,000. Yep every CID poison is a quick killer and answers every unanswered question.)
Dr. Salunkhe, ACP Pradyuman, Dushayant, Freddy, Nikhil, and Shreya are in the hotel room spraying a special chemical that will tell them the source of the poison. (4 millionth time they're doing that.) They find the poison in several places. ACP Pradyuman says that the murderer wanted to kill Manish at any cost. Shreya asks about the bullets. (Err I thought Dr. Salunkhe answered that in the previous scene. There is no second murderer.) Freddy starts talking, but can't be seen. ACP Pradyuman leads the team out to the other room where Freddy is looking through a painting. ACP Pradyuman looks through and sees everything going on in the room. He is sure that Kumar made the hole. He tells Nikhil to bring Jolly, the waiter from the beginning scene. ACP Pradyuman looks at the photo of Kumar and says that he feels that he's seen the face before. (It's Sunaina! I'm telling you!) Nikhil brings Jolly and ACP Pradyuman asks about the hole, but he doesn't know anything. ACP Pradyuman sends him away. He is sure that Kumar made the hole to keep an eye on Manish. As soon as he says that he realizes who Kumar is.
In the bureau, Abhijeet says that Kumar is Sunaina. Sunaina refuses saying that she doesn't understand. Kavin asks why she killed Manish. She refuses that as well asking if any wife can kill her husband. Abhijeet says that they've seen that in their many years. Sunaina says that she had no reason. Abhijeet asks why she disguised herself then. Sunaina says that she was starting to suspect him so she followed him and took photos of him so that he couldn't lie. Prabhat asks how long they will have to sit there. Abhijeet says that until they don't reach the murderer they'll have to stay there. Sunaina says that apart from them Disha knows about everything. (So the murderer is Disha. Case solved.)
Daya, Sachin, Freddy, and Shreya reach Disha's house and she forcefully brings nimboo water. Freddy quickly takes down a glass. (God why do they have to make Freddy look like such an idiot?) Disha says that she did what her boss wanted her to do. Freddy starts over-reacting that someone is trying to kill him. Sachin brings an antidote and saves Freddy as Disha says that she didn't mix any poison in the water. (Yep obviously the poison had to have an antidote that the team just had to have at that exact moment.) Daya and Shreya approach Disha who tries to run. Shreya catches her and slaps her.
In the bureau, Disha and Jolly are crying. Disha says that she's been planning for 2 years. Disha says that Manish cheated her father and took over his whole property because of which her father killed himself. Abhijeet says that she chose the day when Sunaina was at the hotel so that she would be blamed. She paid Jolly 2 lakh for it. Abhijeet delivers a final dialogue. The 2 are taken away. Freddy comes in at that time being supported by Nikhil. He is wearing gloves and Abhijeet says that nothing can happen to a CID officer so easily. Freddy removes the gloves.
