Lavanya suggests Kushan not to kill Trisha as he'll be a murderer too after becoming a kidnapper. Kushan refuses to listen to her & says that he'll do anything & everything to save himself as he killed off Prem already in that way. Lavanya is shocked to learn that Kushan was the one who killed Prem. Kushan confesses that it was just an "accident" as Prem had realized Kushan is the kidnapper & tried to go to the police. Kushan fought him & accidentally shot him. Lavanya says that Prem was her past anyway so she'd support her husband now. They both wonder who could've shot Trisha.
Dr Varsha visits the hospital & expresses her sympathies to Amrita. Amrita insists Kabir to go home & freshen up. She says that she'll call him when Trisha wakes up.
Prateek comes back home in an inebriated state & calls Amrita. Sonali walks in & informs him that Amrita is with Trisha & how Trisha was found in a critical state with a bullet wound. She taunts Prateek for not answering their phone calls when Amrita tried to consult him for Trisha's surgery. Prateek leaves for the hospital in a hurry.
At the hospital, Vivaan, Bobby & Meghan try to boost Amrita's morale. Outside, Kabir tells Dr Varsha on how he's feeling guilty for not saving Trisha in time & blames himself for her current condition.
At the Grewal house, Kushan says that he'll have to leave the country. Lavanya advises him not to do that as cops would directly come to know he was the kidnapper. Kushan gets out a gun & says that he'll kill Trisha then. Lavanya tries to take the gun away from him & in their tussle, it drops downstairs in the backyard.
Prateek reaches the hospital. The doctor tells them that Trisha has slipped into coma but her condition has been stabilized. Prateek yells at the doctor for doing a bad surgery & blames him for Trisha's comatose state. The doctor clarifies that he can't blame him as Amrita signed the consent form for the surgery after knowing the risks involved. Prateek starts yelling at Amrita for not bothering to ask for his consent. Amrita says that he was too busy fulfilling his pleasures (with Neha). Prateek raises a hand to hit her for saying this. Kabir holds his arm to stop him & tells him that he can arrest him for violence. Prateek now turns towards Kabir & blames him for Trisha's state of health. He calls him a "good for nothing cop" who can't gauge the pain a father goes through. Amrita looks on helplessly as Prateek continues to taunt & rub salt on Kabir's wounds of losing his own daughter. Prateek says Trisha has become a vegetable due to him & it's better if she were dead (the doctor never declared Trisha as being brain dead so Prateek is just drunk & blabbering away what comes to his mind ). Amrita stops him from wishing ill for their daughter. Prateek tries to enter the ICU. The doctor stops him & Prateek threatens him to cure Trisha or else he'll destroy his life.
At the Swaika house, Sonali tells Gaurav that once Trisha recovers & comes home, Prateek's problems would end & he would demand his CEO position back. So, it's better if Trisha never comes out of her critical state.
At the hospital, Amrita is allowed to see Trisha. Meghan calls Lavanya to tell her the same.
Kushan says that he'll have to kill her now. Lavanya says that Trisha is comatose so she can't harm him in anyway. Kushan thanks her for supporting him & says that he's forgiven her & wants their life to be normal now. Lavanya wishes Trisha never comes back as she's getting her old life & marriage back.
At the hospital, Amrita breaks down seeing Trisha in coma. Meghan asks her to stay strong & be hopeful.
Kabir instructs Abhay to increase the security cover outside the hospital as the kidnapper may return when he finds out Trisha is not dead.
Sonali comes up with a plan to take advantage of Prateek's current mental stage & make him an alcoholic so that he's declared unfit to handle the CEO position. She prompts Gaurav to pour several drinks for Prateek while he sympathizes with him. Prateek passes out on the couch.
The next morning, Lavanya & Kushan visit Amrita at the hospital & express their sympathies. The nurse calls Amrita to the doctor's office to discuss Trisha's lab reports. Lavanya & Kushan decide to visit Trisha. Kushan tries to remove Trisha's breathing-mask but Lavanya stops him & says that she may never wake up from her coma.
Bobby & Meghan have come back home to rest for a while when they spot the gun lying in the backyard. They are confused & wonder where that came from.
Kabir & his team look for clues at the secluded bungalow where Trisha was held hostage. Kabir comes to the conclusion that the kidnapper took her out on some pretext & shot her there or she escaped on her own, and was shot when he found her. Abhay tells him that they've also found 3 different sets of fingerprints there. Kabir asks him to match them with their database.
Back at the hospital, Prateek (now sober) visits Trisha & decides to get her admitted at a better facility. He forces the doctor to start discharge procedures despite him advising against it as Trisha is not stable enough to move to a new hospital. Prateek yells at the doctor & calls him foolish & incapable of doing his job.
The doctor brings out the consent form for Prateek to sign as there are risks involved in moving Trisha. Kabir tells him not to sign & says that since this is a police case, so it's the cops who get to decide the safest facility where Trisha will be kept as the kidnapper is still on the loose. Prateek warns the doctor again to cure Trisha & leaves from there. Kabir goes away as well as cops are stationed at the ICU room door already.
Amrita goes inside the ICU to sit & talk to Trisha. Suddenly the power off & all the monitoring devices turn off. Trisha's breathing becomes labored ( although she's just hooked on to a breathing mask which just uses a non-electrical oxygen tank, LOL.. Homework CVs.. . Amrita rushes out to get the doctor. She asks the policeman at the door to find the doctor. She goes out as well. A ward boy (not Kushan) carries a tray with a gun on it inside the ICU. A gun shot is heard & Amrita runs back to Trisha's room. She's unable to locate Trisha on her bed but sees a shadow of a man carrying Trisha. He's administering CPR (mouth to mouth respirations) to Trisha. Amrita yells at him. The light comes back on. The hospital staff reach the room as well & points out that he's Dr Aditya (new character). The new doctor tells the staff to shift Trisha in a new ICU room. She's hooked back to her machines & the doctor introduces himself as Aditya Shrivastav. He informs Amrita that he shifted Trisha to the floor as he figured she was in danger when the lights went out. So he managed to keep 2 pillows on her bed before the murderer came in & fired the shot ( I think Dr Aditya is here to take Kabir's job.. JK ). He was busy giving her CPR & couldn't see the murderer's face. Amrita thanks him repeatedly for saving Trisha. Dr Aditya assures her that Trisha will recover soon.
Precap for tomorrow: Kabir says that the kidnapper may try to harm Trisha again. Prateek yells at him for not providing a good safety cover for his daughter.
