here is the explanation

vibha is the one who cracked it 👍🏼

hogwarts kitchen is huge underneath the great hall.

"titillation to see me,and the rest"

there is a picture of a bowl of fruits outside the kitchen and one of the fruits is pear, all you need to do to enter kitchen is to tickle it which will eventually become a door knob, thus revealing the door, open it to get inside and see it, and the kitchen equipment and also the house-elves working in there.

"freedom isn't the fate ,for the ones found"

house-elves work at hogwarts kitchen and they are supposed to work for others, hence freedom isn't the fate for them.

"merriment needs me ,so do the routine hours"

fred and george brought snacks from kitchen when gryffindor quiditch team won the cup and also post ginny's rescue from chamber of secrets there was a feast, for which kitchen was utilized and everyday meal is also prepared there.
