Here is the Explanation::::::::::

In all instances the cat is facing outward.

The body of the cat is facing the left angle in one position, and the right angle in the other.
The head of the cat is facing the left in one and the right in the other.
There are 9 slices (count the slices going clockwise from the 12 o'clock position

Mirror reflection , only one. But a great visual treat!!!
