Divya as ghost - Another way of recreating past

Present Emotional rape of Payal while Durga Puja happening. Past-Actual rape happened during Durga visharjan

Past- Nithya had slapped Shaurya. She had the victory at that point. But Shaurya used her sister and ran through her family thus having the ultimate say in the game.

Present - Shaurya rejects Durga. He had the victory at that point as he anyways didn't wanted to get married to Durga. But Durga enters GM using his brother and this will be the cause through which she will get ultimate victory.

Past -Raima reached Payal and destroyed evidence. Nithya's mail never reached Dev. Dev was stopped by mother when he got news, then detained. When he came out everything was over

Present- Nithya's letter reaches Dev before Raima's SMS comes. Durga reaches Dev before Sakshi. Able to access situation. Raima in Coma. Durga gets Dev out. Just like Dev was not an active player in previous part, Raima is mute here. By the time she recovers most probably everything will be over whereas Dev has become an active player. Also Suchitra frees Dev to follow his heart.

Past- Divya was an eye witness. Her existence was a constant fear to the rapists. But just like a ghost which claim to exist and people become afraid but actually does not exist in the court case Divya indeed became a ghost. Only her existence was told, but she never appreared in court to give her side of the story

Present- Now Karan is treating her as a ghost and is afraid. And I guess at the most oppourtune time this ghost is gonna finally come in front of everyone. Not as the ghost but as Divya Bagchi and she I guess is gonna be the catalyst in the biggest take down in EHT.
