Well, people don't really go the cinema to watch his films, so I'm not sure if we can really blame him for the failure of those films. 😆

He was supporting actor in both films and he is not a salable star.

In 2013 he had 'dewana main dewana' which was made in 2003-04 😆

2012 = delhi safari = animation movie

2011 = loot + naughty at 40

so yeah 😆

Gutted for him.

Always wanted to see him and SRK in a movie together, closest I got to see it was in OSO. Hope they do one in the future.

Partner 2 needs to be made.

Govinda used to be a huge star in the 90s. Him and Sunny Deol were the main competitors for the 3 Khans at the box office!

Govinda's Aankhen (1993) was an ATBB. He still was able to draw in crowds in late 90s and some even felt he overshadowed Amitabh Bachchan with his performance in Bade Miyan Chotte Miyan. The problem came in the 2000s though when people probably felt that Govinda is getting repetitive with his comedy.

He again made a comeback with Partner being a Blockbuster (and again people felt he stole the show, this time from Salman). But after that film, he had box office flops, disappeared, and is now having flops again.
