Emon A good attempt. However, the singing was forced... Emon has a very light voice so it always comes across like he is trying to 'push' his voice out with so much effort. His child-like innocence is sweet but at the same time it is his weakness.
Puja What a terrible performance yet again? The girl has an amazing voice - we know that... But she's just not trying. This was a horrible attempt... Her voice didn't suit the song, she was flat and she was trying too hard, it ended up coming across very fake.
Deepali Terrible! Anu Malik is 100% correct when it comes to Deepali. I love her and she is [well was until today] one of my faves. Her crush is definitely crushing her! She's obviously not been concentrating on her singing... Her voice went for a holiday today and left her stranded on a very lonely island.
Ankita When I first heard that she was singing Suraj Hua Maddham, I had slight doubts, but at the same time I had faith in her. Did she disappoint me? Not at all, she surpassed all expectations. Her performance was as always absolutely perfect. Her singing was not as good as when she sings fast-paced numbers (I do agree with Udit and Alisha there) however she was fantastic and overall just mesmerised me - completely worthy of the praise she received from Anu & Javed, the girl is rocking!
Chang I loved Chang in the auditions but in the Gala's he just cannot stop giving terrible performances back to back. I've totally given up on him - bad performance all the way.
Prashant Terrible, terrible, terrible. I love(d) Prashant so much but for the past couple of weeks he's been really disappointing and today was no exception. Perhaps his worst performance yet - he was completely out of tune and added no mood to the song!! He ruined one of my favourite songs.
Amit Mind-blowing! What else can I say? We already know that in Amit we have our Indian Idol 3!! He never disappoints. You can tell that he is the hardest working of the lot and the hard work truly pays off. His performance and singing were in absolute full form yet again. His voice has a great sound quality and he's always in tune, and most importantly he always sings in mood and selects songs which suit him.
Parleen Absolutely fantastic! What a performance, what amazing singing! He grasped the mood of romance the best of the lot on the show... I think I've pakka fallen in love with him now... Bachao LOL... *sigh* he truly sang amazingly romantically. One of his best performances yet. After Amit's outstanding performance I thought 'Parleen has too much to live upto' but like Javed said he did not disappoint, he was really brilliant.
Abhishek Yeah he was alright. Good performance and quite good singing. But to be honest I just don't feel anything when I hear or see him [sue me, I'm being honest]. I just do not see him as Indian Idol at all.

And that is it. Amit, Parleen & Ankita were all brilliant. Everyone else needs serious help IMO - I don't understand how they are on this show. If I had my way I would remove all other 6 of them tomorrow and keep just Amit, Parleen & Ankita - they are absolutely brilliant and yet again stole the show!
