A big hello to everybody on the forum. I have been a silent reader of this forum since it was announced. But I had to make a post after the big revelation. I hope my views does not hurt anybody's sentiments here.
Ever since the wife came in the picture, it is unanimous across the forum that she just has to be negative, mostly to justify Sahir and Arzoo. And I agree with it too. If she is good, then what's point of Arzoo in Sahir's life??? As shown, Sahir goes there every week and sits there whole night. So she is still a part of his life. In flashback, he looks very much in love with his wife and still remembers his promise to her.
What my question is, if Zeenat is negative, does Sahir know about it??? Because if Sahir does not know, then he is still what he was before i.e. head over heels in love with his wife. So what are his feelings for Arzoo then??? Is it just mere attraction??? And how come he was not happy, when the doctor tells him the news???
Now, the real reason I decided to make the post was the flashback. We see Sahir gifting a car to his wife. She is very happily driving, listening to the loud music and then somebody comes in front of her, she turns to avoid and TO ME, it looked like she was shocked that the car wouldn't stop!!! It looked like the breaks were not working or something was wrong with the car and that is the reason she lost control and got into an accident. So if Sahir gifted her a brand new car, then who did that?? Was somebody trying to kill her or hurt her?? Another big point is, when Alvira found out about Zeenat, she was actually happy. Look at that scene again. She has joy on her face before the 'promise' conversation. So now does she not want Arzoo to be part of Sahir's life??? We will have to wait on that one.
These are my thoughts on the flashback. I would love to know what everybody here thinks.

A special mention to THE HARSHAD CHOPDA - What can I say about him??? He is just out of this world. And Shivya is supporting him very well too. Pls keep up the good work. Very eager to know the rest of story.

Car's breaks were tempered for sure and who did that would be the biggest twist IMO.

That is so true. But then again, with Kurti Aapa and Anam, the weirdness meter of the family is pretty high already. They promised us "Atit ka raaz" i.e. revelation of the past...instead what we get is more and more questions. There are just way too many secrets.

Did u ever wonder why Kurti Aapa calls Arzoo 'Bakri(goat)'???? What I think is she knows that Arzoo will be 'Bali ki bakri(Scapegoat)' in this situation...

For sure...BIG BIG FAN of his work. Very very talented indeed. Some people are just born to do some things and he is one of them...also incredibly lucky to find his calling...I hope he achieves everything he desires in this field.

Honestly, I think Sahir himself is not elated about his wife's health improving. Imagine, you're waiting for your spouse to arise from their comatose state of seven years no less, and you have this very tepid reaction to it. Something is JUST not right there.

I think he learnt something about his wife after her accident that took her down from the pedestal that he seems to have kept her on. Even if one argues that his complaint is with life in general and not his wife, I find it hard to believe that this would have caused him to change so drastically- esp. regarding his behaviour to money, success, etc,.

Perhaps his being embittered makes sense, that he is deprived of his wife's presence- but what about the pain and sense of betrayal that he constantly exudes? Especially his dialogues about how everything is a farce, and how deceptive and two-faced people can be- there is certainly more to the story, methinks!
