That women at the end of epi 3. Jensen's epi where dean got cured. They showed a woman in the end torturing butlers, more like killing them. Thats her.

Lol I know. It was actually in some article about this new big bad Rowena. All we know about her is she is that she likes her butlers stuck to the ceiling.Might be YED's relative.🤔
