That women at the end of epi 3. Jensen's epi where dean got cured. They showed a woman in the end torturing butlers, more like killing them. Thats her.

They haven't mentioned her or shown her since that episode, nor did they tell what her name was, so I got confused.

Lol I know. It was actually in some article about this new big bad Rowena. All we know about her is she is that she likes her butlers stuck to the ceiling.Might be YED's relative.🤔
