Money lusting families always see girls as lottery . They spend crores of rupees on decorating the lottery with a simple thing in mind , that this lottery will give them double the amount they gave to buy or sell in this case .

i think Rajnath knows it very well that marriage won't happen.

While leaving he also said that he knows Karan very well.

But he killed his brother. So spoiling daughter's life is nothing for him.

So i won't be surprised if he does agree for this marriage. He's of that kind.

Also i think its possible that he wants to blackmail Karan & his dad by playing this trick.

But he's doing nothing to Dev, Durga and Dayal?

He doesn't even suspect Durga.

No revenge from Dayal for snatching the cancer research project?

100% agreed.

Yes it is funny how Rajnath does not suspect Durga or Dayal nor acts against Dev for the deal and shares. But is busy plotting against former allies and partners in crime. Busy in self destruction. 😆

If he was so ignorant then how did he sustain empire till now?

Payal makes me feel sad. What a royal ignore she has gotten!😲 Nobody cares. She is reduced to a mere excuse. It is all about Durga or her enmity and love. Even Dev wanted Nitya only. Justice for Payal was not his primary objective. Nobody even remembers Nitya's dead parents.

Payal was the real victim but totally ignored.

I guess this is to make Sakshi the sole villain as Sakshi will never agree to this. Mother -Daughter will be pitted against each other.

Rajnath is trying to be good in front of his daughter. Also I feel this can really back track Durga's plan. This engagement is going to throw complications for her.
