Can anyone tell me how to make hyperlinked links...

Means...Chapter 1 this word will be hyperlinked...Reader will see this word & clicking this.they will reach there directly...

yaar write chappy no then select it right click u wil get hyperlink option then the dialog box appears submit the link press ok its done yaar

NO!!!!!!!U r getting me wrong...see.Aisha's index or anu's or sama's story index...I am meaning.that kind of hyperlinking...
