'Robot' was a 2010 science fiction techno thriller directed by the legendary Tamil filmmaker Shankar. The film went on to becoming a big box office grosser with the superstar Rajinikanth in it. We have now learnt that our own box office king, Aamir Khan, has finally given his nod to being a part of the sequel to 'Robot' that will again be directed by Shankar himself.

Aamir is known to be an actor who gives a lot of thought to the script before giving his nod and once he does, he gives his 100% to it. We eagerly await more details on this sequel.

Would love it if true.

Robot is by far the best sci-fi film India has produced. Shankar is truly one of the greatest filmmakers of India. 👏

I am damn excited for Robot 2 but only and only if Rajinikanth is there. For once, I can tolerate it with any other star but Aamir would be the last actor whom I would like to see in the sequel of my favorite film.
