I am a MaNan shipper but this is very delicate writing. I like that her emotions are real, she is jealous, she is bitter but she is also getting over the relationship, just like in real life when people fall out of love but for one half of the couple, its always harder.

oh god I seriously loved it. This is what I want alya to understand there is sm1 who is made for her. I just want her to wake up and smell d coffee.Your title really suits her.
Wish she understand and move on.

I am a MaNan shipper but I like Alya. She is selfish, like most human beings and is wrapped up in her own world. She annoys me at times but I also remember she is an 18 year old, just like the rest of them on the show.

I just don't see Manik and Alya being happy together and you can't force love.

This was lovely, really. Alya is one of my most favorite characters on the show and to read an OS on her which seems so damn real is a treat. This was written beautifully and it was kept short, which I loved.

Her thoughts are spot-on! This is exactly how I imagine Alya to be. Of course, she is going to be accepting, eventually, but it makes sense for her to be a bit bitter at first. Manik was her first love, after all.

I really, really love reality in the show and in fanfics which has made me love this one. It stays so true to Alya's character and man, that is commendable, really.

It's kinda cute how you're so nervous :D But trust me, this was fantastic! I'd love to read more of your works, whether or not they are on Alya. Keep writing!

Oh my!! lovely perspective. You kept her so real . This is the Alya that I like and want her to be. Somebody who struggles with letting go and yet understands that somethings are not meant to be.

I like how she is in her own world, the bubble is understandable considering her age and life experiences. She still have enough sense to know where her brother goes wrong. She is slowly blossoming in this fabulous person .

I do feel that her relationship with Manik would never have survived with or without Nandini. With him, she is too content , doesn't grow, it enables her to live in her fancy world. But without him, she is like a kid , fumbling yet learning.

It was a huge compliment.😃When I visited this forum I searched for written works on Alya.To my utter surprise there were none!She is such an interesting character.

She is mean towards Nandini but she loves her friends a lot.She worries a lot for Mukti and brings Dhruv out of his shell.😊

Yes, isn't that so? She is more than just some eye-candy and more than just some meaningless bitch. She is a girl who is young and naive but oh-so-real. She is pining for the one guy she has ever loved, the one guy who she has been with for seven damn years, the one guy who was her first in everything. What's so wrong in that?

And yes, she truly cares for her friends. She did start to help Dhruv first for her own benefits but later on, she has started caring for him more and more. And she's good for Dhruv, because yes, she brings out his real, carefree, lively self which I love. She cares about her friends and like Mukti said, she has made lots of sacrifices too.

She is such an interesting character! An absolute delight to watch and read about.
