Jalal set an example to his awam that how fair he is..đwhen it comes to do insaaf, he doesnt even leave his son! it was definitely kabil-e-tareef..đhe was absolutely bang on throughout at DEA, both to Salim n Ruqaiyya (cherry on the cakeđ).
having said that, Jalal should have at least spoke to Salim in this matter...woh hai Shehenshah par saath saath woh ek baap bhi hai..humesha sazaa dene se galti sudhar nahi jati..Salim is a timid boy..and this mistake was done unknowingly...totally a mishap..Salim has no fault here...so sending him to Qadir's house and making him stay there till Qadir recovers is something I am not liking...if he had kept him in house arrest and forbidden his meeting with Jodha, and provided royal treatment to Qadir whould have been the best judgement...iss tarha se Qadir ki Dadi bhi khush hoti aur Salim ko sazaa bhi mil jati.
what JJ needed to do was, speak to Salim, make him sit n understand what mistake he did and how to avoid doing such mistakes and how he supposed to behave without running away or lying agar kabhi aisa phir se ho toh..this punishment is like "galti ki-sazaa di-aur bhuul gaye" type!! isse Salim kuch seekhega nahi...Salim fears of Jalal too much..coz he only sees him as an angry emperor, not his Abbujaan who also loves him selflessly...Jalal must take the initiative to be friends with Salim, so that the latter can share any of his dil ki baat to him like he does to Jodha...walid se darr na zaroori hai esp. agar walid Shehenshah ho toh, lekin walid ke saath dosti bhi honi chahiye.
I liked Jodha yesterday...the tarazu scene was nice...her argument was very logical and she was behaving very rational.
I am not saying that Jalal is being too harsh to Salim...I know Salim will only come out as a mature boy after this..he will learn a great lesson from his...but my point is, this is too early to put him in such realistic training...he is very young...and if Jalal compares himself with Salim, then I would say Jalal was helpless to be trained at young age, it was never his choice! he lost his father at 11 and sit on throne at 13..he had Bairam Khan and MA to train him...his parents were running away from enemies to save their lives and Saltanat since Jalal was born...whereas Salim is born in a house where his father is an immensely successful emperor and has empires in every corner of Hindustaan, is the biggest threat to his enemies and has undying love and support of riyaya..toh Salim ko struggle karna zaroori nahi hai!! Salim will learn everything and will prove out to be a brave warrior, after all he is a son of two great warriors! all he needs is time and Jalal must give him the time..meanwhile the appointed people can train him and he n Jodha as parents must guide him...u cannot put Salim in experiments at every drop of hat and cannot teach him everything at a time, but one after one! har chiz ka ek waqt hota hai...yeh samajhna chahiye Jalal ko.
yes, Ruqaiyya looked very powerful yesterday..Salim heard the wrong bit from Jodha and immediately turned to his Badi Ammi..this is a hint that Salim will drift apart from his Ammijaan dheere dheere...Ruqu will take the advantage..or should I say already started?!
I enjoyed the "Ruqaiyya Begum ko kayd mein dalo" bitđ
