The Fearsome MIL

Hehehe, I voted for no. 2, but am still struggling for acknowledgement that I am a slightly good DIL 😊

I voted for No.2, but in real I am an outsider in my family, though my MIL choose me for her Son. At the age of 75 she still want a full control over my house though she does not live us.

Me too voted for 2 because that is the truth! Over the years, my MIL and I have established a good working relationship, talk in a civil manner to each other but that's about it, period!

Oh yes, that combine is dreadful but if you do not show your distress to them and keep a straight face, they think you are very strong and maintain a civil distance😆!
