Shweta's New Nest

Telly actress Shweta Gulati has changed her residence. The petite actress of Remix fame moved from her 1-BHK pad in Park Paradise to a 2-BHK one in Dheeraj Gaurav Heights, Oshiwara.

"My landlord was asking for an unjustified rent hike so I moved out," she says. Shweta selected this flat after much ado. "I saw at least 30 flats before settling for this one."

Perfect place

Shweta does not want to leave Oshiwara. "This locality is comfortable as I have friends staying close by. Most production houses have their offices here. I love eating in Mainland China which is just three buildings away," she says animatedly.

Shweta moved lock, stock and barrel to her new house. The interesting thing about the new place is that she sleeps on a mattress and not a bed. "I prefer it this way," she says.

In the long run, Gulati plans to buy a house of her own but she will not opt for Dheeraj Gaurav Heights due to regular water problems. Also, she feels the road from Infiniti Mall leading to her current nest is not happening enough in terms of people seen around.

"I will own a house but that will take at least two years. My parents stay in Thane but I chose not to stay with them, as commuting is a problem. Also, I like to be independent," says Shweta.
