Baldev came back home, he saw Balveer playing with his toys in the
lounge, Bansuri was relaxing on the couch and Veera was cutting
fruits.
Veera; sim, jaldi se aake ye fruits khao
Balveer: ok mom
He went to Veera who picked him up and settled him on her lap,
then she fed him fruits with her hands.
Baldev came close to them and opened his mouth, Veera fed him a
slice of apple and with that he licked her fingers, she flinched and
moved her hand back quickly, she blinked her eyes and looked
down.
Baldev; menu bhi fruit khila de sherni
Balveer; mom aap dad ko hi khilao, im full
He jumped off and went to play again. Baldev opened his mouth
again, Veera gave him a slice of naseberry and he licked her fingers
again, she looked at him in anger, she gave him the plate and stood
up.
Veera; khud hi kha lijiye jee
she was leaving but Baldev caught her arm.
Baldev; nahi jee, aap hi khilao na
Veera; baldev chad menu, tayiji vekh lengi
Baldev; to vekh len, tu meri voti hai
Veera sat down again, he returned the plate, she fed him and
tolerated his licking. Balveer came back.
Balveer; mom look at my teddy, its clothes got torn
Veera; i will fix it.
Baldev; oye tum log inni angreji kyun bolte ho, ye pritamoura hai,
london nahi jo angreji bol rhe ho
Balveer; but dad, i..mere day care me only english bolte the
Baldev; oye veera, tune ise day care which dala hi kyun
Veera; me job krti thi to kon khayal rakhta iska
Baldev; oye tenu kisne kaha tha menu chad ke jaane ko? rani ho ke
mazdoori kr rhi thi tu, yahan roka to delhi ja ke apne teacheri ke
shoq pure kiye tune
Veera; baldev me apne shoq nhi pure kr rhi thi (she got tears in her
eyes)
Baldev and Balveer both looked at each other, Balveer took one
hand of Veera and baldev took the other, Baldev sat on his knees.
Baldev; ro mat nahi kehta
Balveer; don't cry mom, please
Veera looked at them and smiled she picked Balveer up and
hugged him, she didn't leave Baldev's hand and looked at him with
love. He kissed her forehead.
At night Balveer was not sleeping he kept playing with Baldev, he
stood on Baldev's feet when he lay down and Baldev lifted his legs,
Balveer smiled and laughed when he did it.
Veera; ab bas bhi karo, plx sim lets sleep
Balveer; mom no, kitna maza a rha he, higher dad higher
Baldev; oye meri taangen hen jhoole nhi
Veera; bas bohot hua, ab mujhe neend aa rhi hai, come sim
They all lay down, with Veera in the centre
Balveer; mom i should be in the centre
Veera; tumhare dad ko taange phelane ki aadat he
Balveer; mom plx
Veera; are, sim mene kaha na nhi bas chup chap sojao
Balddev; beta tumhari maa ko khud mere pas rehna he
Veera looked at him in shock, he smirked.
Balveer peeked over Veera
Balveer; good night dad
Baldev; good night puttar
Veera pulled Balveer down, hugged him and tried to sleep. Baldev
hugged her from behind and kissed her neck. She jerked him away,
he put a hand on her waist and tickled, she moved his hand away.
He stopped teasing her, Veera soon fell into deep sleep, and in her
sleeping state she came into his arms, he hugged her tightly and
kissed her cheek, she opened her eyes and felt awkward, she left
him and turned back to hug Balveer.
Their love was still there but it was too deep down, and Baldev
wanted to get it back, they were slowly falling for each other again.
In the morning, Veera wokeup and found Baldev's leg on her, both
Balveer and Baldev were hugging her, she was trapped. She nudged
Baldev and he woke up
Baldev; (sleepy voice) kya hai?
Veera; menu uthna hai hat
she pushed him and then placed pillows to keep Balveer safe, when
she returned after a bath, she saw Balveer's foot on Baldev's chest
and Baldev's hand on Balveer's tummy.
They looked so funny as they slept in almost the same style, both of
theirs mouths open. Veera laughed.
Veera; sim bilkul apne papa pe gya hai.
She left the room smiling.
