I think that's his real twitter account. I'm not sure but I'm sure people on here know. Anyway if this is his real twitter then is this a hint to us from him telling us that's Sanam?

To be sure if it's Sanam, she shouldn't have the ring, that he offer to Seher, in this case I'm sure she is sanam

We all know that is Sanam, look at her face how she is happy holding him, I don't think Seher will have this expression😉

She has on the ring, but that does not matter. She could get the ring anyhow. It is rightfully hers.

Also, Sanam's face has a softer look than Seher's even when Seher is pretending to be Sanam. Plus Sanam has a glow about her.

The person in the pics has the glow and softness Sanam has.

There is a lot to go before this wedding.

I think tom will be focused on what raziya tells Sanam.. Aahil dealing with the explosion... maybe the fake sanam showing up and they go to the wedding.. Haya being surprised by her voice etc.. Tuesday we'll get Sanam going to the wedding as Aahil will learn of Seher. I think Sanam is the one who'll make it known as she is one of three who knows the truth. Sanam will get back the ring and possible marry Aahil before haya.
