Mine are as following:
Male: Arya and Praneet
Arya: I feel Arya is genuinely a good person. He is definitely not the smartest tool in the shed. He gets cheesy during conversations but that's what makes him so unintentionally funny. And the biggest thing I like about him is that HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO DARED TO STAND UP TO PUNEET. He is the first one who nominated Puneet and is able to reply back to him.
Praneet: I feel he is the most fair and logical out of the lot. He truly tries to explain both sides of a situation. He is polite and respectful. I don't count his fights with Gautam here because Gautam couldn't take his criticism at all and resorted to complaining. The main issue with Praneet is that he needs to see Puneet for who he is and not fall for his words.
Female: Diandra
Diandra: This was a tough choice for me as really I felt it was like choosing the one I dislike the least. I used to like Sonali but I have liked Diandra since the Mithaiwala task. She is not clueless and annoying like Karishma and is able to speak her mind.
These are just my opinions. What are your thoughts?
