ok, so I want to get better on my hindi/urdu and I'm learning these fun new phrases from drama's. I recall hearing one phrase from Saat Phere where they're like "stop make a mountain from a molehill".

Does anyone know how to say this in hindi/urdu?

Just checked with my dad, he said it translates like how you said -

Raai ka pahaad banaana band karo

I think its "rai ka parbat maat banoo"

^^No sim, i know for sure now its not that... it is either -

Raai ka pahaad banaana band karo

or

baat ka batangar mat banao

Parbat is not the word in the actual saying. I have an urdu friend on IF in Pakistan and I just confirmed it with her 😊

probably you are right...i meant raai ka pahad mat banoo...but now i think its baat ka batangar mat banoa...got confused. ...thanks for correcting me.
