@jaya if I am right CBI was introduced to trace on Dev's attack. So case was registered. They said it is a insider job. Sakshi and Raj kept that case also under lid because Shaurya attacked Dev.
Coming to RTI file Sonali filed it on behalf of Dev. Sonali is a lawyer and when that Inspector called Shaurya he told Dev Goenka had taken the RTI files. So in the application I hope his name is there.
Coming to Agnihotri I don't see a problem there. First why would a lawyer demand 15 crore for a proof. So what was that proof he had in his hand. Second money raised by Dev is all white, no black involved. Lawyer missing can point that the evidence he had was strong enough to reopen the case.
CCTV footage cannot come in as Sakshi used her own car. I don't think CVs will reveal Sakshi at this time. Only thing can be done is the time of message, time of shooting the gap in timing. But difficult. Sakshi send the message first before waking up Raima. Then had a talk and then shoot.
You are right Dev may not be exonerated but given bail . Last part Dev accused of trying to grab Goenka property. Yes it will come. He will be accused like anything but I expect it to happen post Payal case reopen. In other words if Durga has to save Dev or Dev has to save himself Payal has to be given justice.
I mean Durga cannot make it a personal battle nor Dev can make it a Nithya finding mission. Situation has to be like that. As things stand now if Dev gets Nithya he will forget justice for Payal and will try to rehabilitate her only. Durga if she can settle her personal score with Sakshi she will feel justice is delivered. But the fact in front of the world remains Payal lied. That has to change. World needs to know Payal was a honorable girl. Shaurya Goenka destroyed her life. This can only happen if the right verdict is passed in the court.
Symbolism always told Payal is the connecting link between Dev and Durga. They can never be together if she is not given justice. Justice has to be given by court not by any back hand means. That is the whole point of my assumption
