Indian Idol - one big love triangle!

All this started when Chang presented a red rose to his co-contestant Deepali, during his last week's performance on the song jise dhundta hoon main kahi. Everyone has been talking about their 'close' friendship, including the judges of the show. However, Chang is denying that there is anything more to it.


A source from the show says, "There is nothing between them. Even though, Mini keeps teasing them, it is just a fun element on the show. The contestants too are denying it and there is no truth in it."

However, the parents of the girl refused to talk on this subject.

Other triangles

In first season, there were rumours about a love triangle between Abhijit Sawant, Prajakta Shukre and Rahul Vaidya. And as usual the three of them kept denying it. Then came the second season and a second love triangle. This time the trio in question was Karunya, Antra Mitra and Sagar Sawarkar.

So is this just a co-incidence or another gimmick of getting high TRPs? Or maybe Indian Idol is just providing a platform for the young contestants to find their loved ones!

In the coming episode, Mini is going to tease Deepali by asking "kisi jheel ki ankhon mein doobna pasand karogi?" and Abhishek replies to it by saying "it is definitely not Chang, as he is having such small eyes." How can Chang be then left behind? He too gives a prompt answer saying, "Toh chulu bhar paani mein doobke maro!"
