lol I have over 10 years legal experience, I just prefer to write here in laymens language so everybody understands!
I dont know much about indian laws frankly, but I assume from past few years of public outcry over rapes, that laws are being updated! ultimately laws of any country are never stagnant, it modifies with peoples needs and demand for change!

but most importantly people need to understand that basic human rights come before any gender specific rights, the day that happens the world would be a much better place!
