Wow what a sight.

Hero sees his heroine crying.

The heroine senses his presence and wipes her face to hide her tears. And is unsuccessful.
The tears renew themself.

The clenched fist is the only sign of turmoil that the hero feels.
And walks away.

That one scene tells you stories that otherwise coudnt be told in an entire episode.
Kya baat hain, kya baat hain.

Aur ek shukriya...humne jo bhi kiya ammi ki wajah se? Kyoun jhooth bol rahe ho?

It was a very good episode... Had lots of Sahir. 😎 and twice SaAz too met with a tiny kinda interaction.
Par yeh Sahir bar bar kyun bolte hain ki he's doing it only for Ammi?? 😉

Well said!! 👏
That was the highlight of the epi for me!
Finally, an honest reaction that he couldn't control, in response to an honest reaction she couldn't control.
Much though she tried, the faade cracked open and gave Sahir a glimpse of the real Arzoo, all the feelings, vulnerabilities, the softer side that she usually hid under the 'I am a tough girl' attitude. And now in one unguarded moment the mask fell, and Sahir saw straight through to the tender heart of a girl whose dreams were about to be ground into the dust. No wonder his fingers tingled with the need to wipe away those tears. He had to lock them down into a fist to hold back that urge.
Sahir probably refused to acknowledge that slip, or excused it as a vulnerability brought on by exposure to too many tears in one evening. He'd just come from an effort to restore his mother's smiles. He couldn't have known that those tears were sheer manipulation, or perhaps he did, at some level, because Alvira's tears didn't affect him as violently as Arzoo's did. Good thing too, because his mother's tears were a means to an end - to get Arzoo to stay, not to help her accomplish her dream or because she is so talented, but because in Arzoo, Alvira has found the perfect candidate to wed Sahir. Talk about conniving! For a moment there I almost went over to Nanny McPhee's side!!

Sabs...you said it all!
That was the highlight of a sahirlicious episode! His hand lifted of it's own accord as of to wipe her tears and console her...just like he almost took a step towards her at the police station!
Her tears affect him for sure...for now he is not analysing why ...!
That scene was so well done...her attempt to hide her tears...his attempt to control his reaction!

Alviras tears did seem to affect him though...whether due to emotional connect or due to some immense obligation he feels towards her...I felt he was genuinely taken in by he tears..convincing Nausheen the way he did made that clear!

Alvira...wonder what she wants...Sahir though didn't much care for her reaction when she said she js lucky to have him as a son...wonder why she would need to manipulate and play games to get him married to a virtually unknown girl when she seems to have him pretty much under her control already!
Agree with you that KA seems more concerned about Sahirs welfare actually compared to Alvira...definitely something there although today Sahir totally ignored her!

Arzoo has no idea her saviour and the guy she says she hates is one and the same and right in front of her...today's episode was overall good...promises interesting times ahead!

Great to see you Pri, 😃 and some very interesting points!
@ Her tears affect him: Spot on!! I noticed that reaction at the prison too. In front of a distraught Arzoo, all his anger/revenge just melts away.
@ Great scene today: Agreed! Subtle and natural. There was so much potential but they didn't overplay it.
@ Alvira's reasons: A secret for now. But makes me wonder if Sahir has sworn not to marry, or has sworn off anything that brings him joy and is just forcing himself to suffer, denying himself any pleasure in life whatsoever. That burnt toast is really a v. strong statement. Wonder if he holds himself responsible for the mental/physical illness of a girlfriend or a sister and has sworn off any joy until she recovers. Alvira's latched on to Arzoo because she is a combination of nave/gullible but intelligent and has fashion aesthetics and imp the qualities that will attract Sahir and bind him to her.
@ KA's OTT-ness: Always wondered if it was a double blind. CV's pulling the wool over our eyes, painting her so black, when she's actually grey too, just like Alvira, and trying to protect Sahir.
@ Interesting epi: Yup!!! We got lead interaction, chemistry, and lots of drama!! 😃 Hopefully the lead interactions will increase and intensify.
