Vikram can use as many bad words, swear words, nasty comments he want to. But he shouldn't treat Shobha to such a state that puts her in imminent danger. Women are not toys to play with. He needs to respect women.
By behaving in such a way, he is making shobha more vulnerable...
I am not going against Vikram, but by behaving like this, what's the difference between sandeep, samarth and him?

kindly have a look on points u should know :)
1) shobha created an excellent commercial advertisement which reflected how strong member of marketing department could she be
2)vikram wanted to flee his assistant to a department where he would have no encounters with her so that he can (apparently) stay in peace
3)since shobha is really good at marketing and commercials,he thought to flee her to the corresponding department which she deserves
4)sandeep is a crap,but not in vikram's countenance hence vikram has no idea how cheap his friend is
5)he was sure enough that shobha would not type on rocket's speed hence he had had declared,and not threatened shobha to be shift to the respective department
that was not a threat but decisive action indeed:)
hence,plainly,vikram must not be accused for threatening or manhandling her :)
