Some Ramblings 23.10.14

The new journey of the TRIO HAS BEGUN WITH A BANG OR IS IT WITH A WHIMPER, HEAVY LADEN HEARTS ????? A PAINFUL DECISION NO DOUBT FOR THEM AND FOR US TOO. But then every cloud has a silver lining and Shlok will emerge stronger and more wiser after his travails AS A POOR MAN, AS A DESTITUTE.

A few observations, that I made since Monday.

1. Anjali asking Varad to stay behind and be a PILLAR of support for NA was gasp, shocking. If NA goes stark raving mad, someone is there to admit him in the asylum, that is the silver lining. 😃

2. I thought Anjali had forgotten or left behind her STREE DHAN but lo behold, she has it tucked away safely in her waist and draws is out to offer Shlok who is pig headed and stubborn and refuses it, thus spending a night in the bus depot...as was refusing Varad's offer of using his FLAT OR APT.

3. Aastha half hiding or keeping behind Shlok and plastered to him (NIRMA ACTIVE HO GAYA) was a lovely shot as was the PECK ON THE SHOULDER. YOU COULD HAVE STRETCHED A BIT MORE AND GOTTEN HIS CHEEK AT LEAST...YAYA HIS BEARD WOULD GIVEN U A STUBBLE BURN BUT STILL HUM FANS THO BAHUT KUSH HO JAATE... We will make do with the shoulder peck and any other pecks you care to give...he he he he Effectively it means that Aastha will support Shlok from behind and be his PILLAR OF SUPPORT. (As Always)😃

4. Shlok is getting a chance to demonstrate his love and care for AYI now. Hence the squabble with the biker and the PAADHA PUJA (washing his ayi's feet) with reverence and tears. Reminds me of when he bandaged Aastha's leg before 1st HM when she hurt her foot by walking on glass, by the pricking of the poisonous thorn and applying the herbal paste to draw out the poison etc etc... He is a PRO AT TAKING CARE OF THE FOOT...he he hehe😆 😆 😆

5. Shlok has become cool, instead of being a hothead. Can't provoke a fight anymore by saying 'tum jaantey nahin ki mai kaun hoon' when he himself does not know the answer to that one. WHAT A PICKLE TO BE IN...AFTER SOME 27 ODD YEARS, TO FIND OUT OR MAKE YOUR IDENTITY... IS DIFFICULT...

6. Living life without money, a mobile and a roof over your head or food in the belly is a tough lesson. GUESS ALL THE VRATS THAT THE AGNI WOMEN KEPT HAS CONDITIONED THEM SO MUCH THAT THEY DO NOT FEEL HUNGRY AT ALL. We have seen many times recently when Ashlok went without food like in the lift or in the tent or during the Hartalikaa vrat...

7. Freshening up in the community water tap has to be a novel experience for bachha Shlok. But he is coping up admirably well.All those lessons and experiences that Aastha gave him like traveling in an auto, drinking roadside chai and biscuit will def come in handy now. ⭐️

8. A new appreciation of how blessed he is TO HAVE SUCH A GOOD LOOKING, ATTRACTIVE AND FAIR WIFE. He wanted to beat those two goons to a bloody pulp for even daring to look at his wife. But then that is the plight of all girls in this country, eve teasing being a major problem faced by all at least once if not more.

9. Reality check of a JOB HUNT FACED BY THE MANY JOBLESS YOUTH WHO AFTER QUALIFYING WITH A DEGREE FAIL TO FIND A JOB, ANY JOB...

KUDOS TO THE CV'S FOR HIGHLIGHTING THE PLIGHT OF THE JOBLESS YOUTH AND EVE TEASING OF GIRLS BY THE GUNDAS/GUYS...

10. Aastha being a Braveheart and sticking by her pathidev's side through thick and thin, fulfilling the promises made during the SAATH PHERAS. Being a wise counsel to her akdu, making him see reason. Being smart by refusing THE FLASHY AND SPRAYING AUNTIE'S OFFER OF A JOB... This is how hapless girls are lured into the flesh trade...by preying mantis aunties and/or by betraying and two timing bf's...😲

11. Anjali almost being knifed in the stomach by the gundas fighting was scary. Shlok truly became a GALLI KA GUNDAA BY BELLOWING AT ALL THE ONLOOKERS. He protected and saved his ayi from being stabbed in the stomach, the very womb where his ayi bore and nurtured him for 9 months. 😃 ⭐️ 👏

12. Aastha being street smart will definitely find a way to survive and will not leave Shlok's side no matter what. Shlok will develop a new understanding of what his wife is all about and TRUST HER. She after all was unfazed by her kidnapping and the almost burning at the stake and has a never say die spirit. 👏

13. NA ruminating on the scene when his bachha broke off ties with him, his heart and mind not in sync, waiting and hopeful that his SHLOK will return to him, not feeling sorry at all for his actions, unable to eat and faced with the realization that his SHLOK WAS TRULY CAPABLE IN EVERY WAY WHEN HE SAW A MOUNTAIN OF PAPERWORK AND FILES ON HIS DESK. Did his heart swell with pride and felt a little regret at what transpired or on his actions??????LOVED how he came running out when he heard the sound of Shlok's SUV only to face the driver who told him it was washed, awaiting its true MASTER...

Loved loved the Good morning by Shlok to his two prized and cherished women, the care he exhibited to his ayi when she hurt her foot, his self disgust and self recrimination when Anjali was almost knifed in the brawl or when he finally agrees to biwi's sensible suggestion of leaving Anjali at the ashram. Loved the portrayal of pain and disillusionment of his MAHAAN BABA, HIS CRUEL WORDS THAT HE IS NOTHING WITHOUT HIS SURNAME. Shlok being clueless on where to go or what to do, at a loss for the fist time in his life. He held himself together after the GREAT BETRAYAL OF SWATI AND HIS AYI, BUT NOW HAS HIS AYI AND AASTHA WITH HIM. Anjali made the right decision of leaving AM with her son as she was the first one he approached, if she would leave with him. Him getting a chance to redeem himself, to show his love and care for his mother and finding the love and trust of his wife too.

How much longer before we see them in a different set of clothes, 9 days and Counting.

Loving the way this track is shaping up and we are left feeling sad, happy and tearful along with our beloved Ashlok. May Bappa show and guide them on this journey of Shlok's to find his identity and also redeem himself to the two women in his life and by his side.

How did aastha pay the auto fare when they all went to the ashram?

They could have at least freshened up(USED THE FACILITIES) and had a bite to eat.

Will Ankush come as Hanuman ??? That is a big mystery as of now. How he will impact Ashlok. It will be interesting to see kalindsi's reaction to Ashlok plight. Both mother and daughter had a lot to hide from each other. Will they ever share all their troubles and/or come clean with each other ??????

Ohh i luved tht she asked Varad to stay back..never wanted that SoYa to accompany Ashlok..by d looks of it, i guess Jaya will slowly try to take over Anjali's place in AM..😡 I loved how Varad showed her place..Varad..plz dnt fall into the trap of this woman..

Oh i jst loved that scene too much..i always craved for such meaningful converstations between Ashlok rather than pointless romance/hugging/kissing/falling/catching..v can c new found respect from Shlok towards Astha..i strongly feel tht earlier his love was jst restricted to physical level but he never surrendered himself to his relationship with Astha..now v can c thts happening..n luved tht peck on shoulder..it was such a realistic touch to show Astha's affection n love for Shlok..these 2 r adorable..☺️

Yes..evn in this simple attire n w/o any jwellery Astha s looking beautiful..Shrenu s really stunning and beautiful..Shlok has extra task to protect Astha frm prying eyes of ppl and protect her..He never really had to struggle to win her love before n got it very easily..he was lucky in tht..bt now he wil understand d value of tht love n wat it takes to keep tht love safe specially when u dnt hv anything to protect u..not money n not ur famous name..

Divya, A lot of us are liking this track as it is showing ?ashlok in a new way and lots of opportunities for them to be together also.

I will throw my silly kostin into the BIG BLOOPER BOX and forget about it along with the rest. Wonder what happ to Anand>>> He disappeared after deleting the msg / MMS from Shlok's phone or was he TAKEN CARE OF BY NA??????

someone for whom everything in life has come handy and on the plate, this experience wil be life changing..he wil get to know wat it takes for a common man to survive in this world who r not blessed with a strong parental lineage..he wil understand the value of life, value of ppl, value of relationships..

I want him to hv all those FBs wher he has taunted Astha abt her status n upbringing n feel how wrong he was..afterall its ur own talent, high morals n ur loved ones s ur real wealth..n not money..

the changes in Shlok r very much visible n he s not arrogant n angry man bt a calm man now..another chnge in him s he s respecting Astha..which earlier he never did..

Loving Shlok's struggle n Astha's strong n silent support to him in his struggle..

Prads, like you want to see Shlok having fb's of the way he treated these two women. THye barely showed him having those for a day or two. It is true that he has his DIAMONDS WITH him, AASLI. They are his true wealth and he is realizing that. Whatever he was before was not due to them.

The changes are so profound and immediate that it is visible after only a day of being on the road. His pride has certainly taken a big beating. He is paying heed to Aastha. Hope this continues and not a one off or the CV's forget it and move on to the next.

Agree totally with you Prads, loving this struggle of a/shlok which is going to make their bond even stronger.
