Hi friends, I'm new to this forum and a diehard fan of Ishra.I had been a silent reader for a while. I use to read OS and FFs here. Inspired by the writers here, I thought of writing too.Here is my first ever OS on IshRa Do comment guys.

I'm writing for the first time so please pardon my errors.

Raman could not conrol himself as tears poured down continuously from his eyes.He sat there in his room, in their room, in dark with all the lights off.
'His life is also as dark as the room is right now',he thought to himself.
He sadly recollected all those sweet moments he shared with his wife in that room.He didn't realise her importance until her so called best buddy Mani came into their life. He was feeling insecure each and every second Ishita spent with that Mani, talked about him, praised him and all.He could not tolerate the very presence of Mani with HIS wife Ishita.
'But why?', he asked to himself.
He also remembered how shattered he was when his Jhansi Ki Rani was in the hospital.He could not even imagine a single moment without her.
But why did he feel all those for Ishita while their relationship was nothing but Sirf Ruhi Ke Liye?
His insecurity, his restlessness, his fear of losing his wife, his longing to have Ishita by his side always, everything pointed out only in one direction..that he was in LOVE with his Jhansi Ki Rani. He was surprised by the new discovery that he was indeed IN LOVE.
He smiled sadly at his state.
Again destiny has played with his life.Why should he fall in love again? Ishita deserve love, but not his.Ever since Mani has come into their life, he has started to realise that he has not given in anything return to his Jhansi Ki Rani who gave so much to him, to his daughter and to his family. He had always been rude to her. He saw clearly that his wife confided and talked about everything to Mani and only Mani.After the fake accident incident, she was not even talking to him.How many times he tried,but of no use.
He recalled how Mani confronted him the other day saying "You don't deserve Ishu, Raman. You are nothing but a jerk.She is a sweet person, she is giving so much love support to ur family and in return you are giving her only pain and hurt and nothing else.You don't know anything about her Raman. Had Ishu given me a chance, I would have never allowed a jerk like you to enter into her life.I would have taken her away and would have given her all the happiness she deserves".
Raman got angry so much at that time but now he thought Mani was right. He tried making amends thinking their relationship would work, but nope.He thought he would not hurt her again but ended up hurting her again and again.
He thought she was happy with Mani around her, shared everything with him. He saw that side of Ishita that he had never seen when she was with him.At first, he thought Mani has interferred in their life, but now he realised he came in between them.
Raman felt something piercing in his heart so sharply.He let down tears continuously.
He didnt know for how long he has been sitting like that. Just then Ishita entered the room after coming home from clinic.She saw the entire room in darkness.
" Mummiji told Raman is at home.Why is the room in darkness?" she thought as she switched on the lights. There she saw Raman in such a pathetic state.She was shocked to hell seeing Raman in that state.
She went to him immediately and held his shoulders."What happened Raman? Y are u like this? Pls tell me..Why are u silent?", she asked a bit loudly in tension.
Raman composed himself in the time being and looked at her. Ishita saw pain and hurt in his eyes. She couldn't see her Raavan Kumar in this state.
Raman said, "Don't bother yourself because of me.Just go and sleep.I'm tired and want to sleep."
With that he turned away from her and laid on the bed and covered himself.
"Par Raman..."she started but he turned away the other side.
What happened to him? What happen to Raavan Kumar? Why he was crying? Something must be serious.But why is he not saying anything?'
A week passed by.Raman was totally ignoring her. He would go early to office and come late at night.Whenever she tries to talk to him, he would just ignore and move away. Ishita was troubled and puzzled by his behaviour. He was not fighting with her, not taunting her, not even willing to face her. She was very terribly missing him. Than missing him, she was more worried for him .
What is disturbing him that much that he is not even spending time with his little daughter?"she thought.
She need to talk to her.They need to talk. But how? He is not even showing his face.She has to do something.
That was the night before Diwali.
Today I have to talk to Raavan Kumar at any cost', Ishita talked to herself.
She waited for him in the room. It was getting late but he was not turning up.She called him but as usual he did not attend.
"Enough is enough. What does he think of himself? Today I have to end it all."
With that she took her car keys and headed towards his office. He reached his cabin and opened the door and stormed inside.
He was there looking as if he has not slept for ages.His eyes were red and swollen. Was he crying?
Raman stood up at her sudden entry. He looked up at her and then lowered his gaze unable to meet her eyes.
She went near him and stared at him at his state. He was a mess.
He asked her " What...what happened Ishita? Is everything ok? Why u came at this time?"
"You are asking what happened to me Raman? Look at yourself. What happened to you? Tell me Raman. Today you have to tell me."
"What happened to me Ishita? I'm perfectly fine standing right in front of you"
"Don't ever dare to lie to me Raman.What has gotten in to you Raman? You know what is the state of our home? Everybody in the home are worried about you. Poor Ruhi Kept on asking me Is Papa angry on me? Why is he not talking to me?' What should I answer her Raman? Tell me."
"Oh so everyone in the house is bothering you because of me? Don't worry Ishita. Tomorrow I will tell everyone not to bother you".
Ishita was puzzled at his reply."Why are you doing this Raman. What are you talking? I'm also worried about you.I'm too missing you Raman. You and your taunts. Why are you not even fighting with me Raman?" with that tears welled up in her eyes,
"Please don't cry Ishita. I can't see you in pain because of me."
"Then tell me what is bothering you Raman.Please..."she asked pleadingly.
"What shall I do Ishita? I can never make you happy. I always make you cry and hurt you and yell at you.I tried to make you happy but I failed in that too.Please forgive me Ishita. I can never be a good husband.I cannot hurt you anymore.That is why I am keeping myself away from you."
With that Raman broke down and sobbed continuously.
Ishita was shocked to hear all these from him.Because of her, he was in this state.Tears flowed down continuously her cheeks. She went near him and cupped his face.
"Look at me, Raman."
Raman looked up at her eyes. He stopped sobbing but tears flowed down.
She continued, "Who told you all these Raman that I am not happy with you? I am the happiest wife in the whole world because nobody would get a husband like you. You are the best husband in the whole world. I was angry on you not because you taunt me or yell at me.I love your taunts Raman. I was angry that day because you told me such a lie that your life is in danger. How could I tolerate that Raman? I cannot even think of the fact that your life is in danger. Even now you behaved so insensitively that you yourself came to a conclusion that I am not happy with you.How can I not be happy with a person whom I LOVE?"
Raman looked at her in surprise.
"Yes Raman I LOVE YOU more than anything in this world.Don't ever dare to think of going away from me."
With that she hugged him tight.Raman could not believe his ears. Am I hallucinating?' he thought. But her hands held tightly around his waist told he is not hallucinating.
A broad smile appeared in his face as he hugged her back and admitted to her "I LOVE YOU Ishita. Sorry to have hurt you again.But I Promise I will never hurt you and always keep you happy always"
They broke the hug.Ishita said, "I am yours Raman not only in this birth but for seven births" she smiled blushingly.
"Ab Jhansi Ki Rani ko saath janam jhelna padega", said Raman mischieviously.
"Kuch bhi..aap nahi sudhrogi" she patted him teasingly.
"Ab gar chale?"asked Ishita
"Why are you in a hurry Ishita?"he asked naughtily and approached her.
Ishita understood his intentions and started moving backwards until she hit the wall.
There was few inches gap between their faces. Her heart was beating faster.He looked at her lovingly and kissed her forehead. Then kissed both her cheeks, and corner of her lips. Then he cupped her face and locked her lips. She at first hesitated, then responded equally. They kissed passionately for moments before they broke the kiss for air.
She was unable to look at him and faced downwards as her cheeks turned red. He lifted up her chin and looked into her longing eyes.
With that again he locked her lips with hers..đł
The clock struck twelve . Celebrations for Diwali started . It was indeed a real Diwali for the two souls that became one that night.
