It's not necessary inherent, it's all about attitude and self-esteem so environment plays a big role into that. I mean one can me taught have to how dress and what to wear. But that attitude comes from within, but you can certaintly develop it. Technically, everyone can be glamorous if they put the effort into, but not everyone wants to either. Good examples of that would be Karisma and Rekha. Watch their initial films and early days--not the most glamorous...but it developed with the stardom and a lot of grooming and developing that "diva"-ish attitude.

I do think some people like Kareena, Aish, Kat, Sonam, etc. have that inner radiance or that spark that sets them apart from others--but I don't know if I agree with the word "inherent".

Hetu I agree I think she used wrong word here, you can get inspired and groom yourself and become glamorous.

But it is not something universal I think. I mean you need to study it for a long time to understand it.

Look at people like Sonakshi and Parineeti who all of a sudden gets a stylist and looses some weight and wears what ever their stylists picks and thinks now we are all glamorous and fashionable. But that's far from the truth. They look super forced and awkward, most important the clothes are wearing them and they not wearing the clothes. They basically trying too hard to fit in.

Face wise she might look glamorous but Kareena has the worst style. Most of the clothes she wears doesn't even suit her well.

Begum is right. In the words of Coco Chanel, "Fashion changes, but style endures". In today's culture of having stylists dressing actresses up in the latest fashions, it is easy to be a "best dressed". But true style, effortless style is something that is inherent IMO.

Good examples, but you can tell that those people sort of jumped the bandwagon b/c the sexy avatar really sells right now. But Rani is a good example of someone that was well groomed and developed that attitude and eventually reached a point where people started calling her Hot and Sexy (like DBH days). I do think some people in this world are way more photogenic than others, but I've also heard models say that they've hard to practice with their bodies and angles. So that's my point, if you have the confidence then you can teach yourself. Clothes, make-up, hair, etc is just part of the process but you need the confidence and that spark.
