Today is sunday. Usually sunday is very traumatic for YHM for some or other reasons. So My little brain is again trying to do some calculations on current promo and hence I will try to prove that Ishita's Love, friendship is only for Raman and Ruhi.. Happy..
So first we assuming that current promo is right
Thus we will get our first equation---
Ishita+Mani+ Hug+Love= Misunderstanding-----------------1
And Ishita and Mani are school friends/College friends( Cv is himself very confused with Blooper King Mani😆)
Ishita+Mani= Friends--------- equation 2
Now flashbackIshita+Rama=Ruhi( Ishita got married to Raman because of ruhi) ------ equation 3
If equation 1 is true we need to subtract equation 3 from equation 2 ...( because if mani and ishita are meant to be together then Ishita and Raman marriage is wrong and needs to change)
So we get
Ishita+ Mani- Ishita-Raman= Friend-Ruhi
Mani- Raman= Friend-Ruhi
Mani= Friend-Ruhi+ Raman----------- equation 4
Now again going back to flashback where we saw misunderstanding between Raman and Ishita during Amma Accident
That time equation was like this
Raman+ Shagun+Hug+ Adi= Misunderstanding( I was taking hug in this equation because even that time that unique hug was no less and more intolerable for us as well)------- equation 5
Now How much we hate shagun and Adi one thing is sure
That Raman+Ruhi= Shagun+Adi( Special mention to @Shobha- Told you one day I will be using Shagun and Adi in my equation-😆).------- equation 6
Raman+ Hug+ Shagun+ Adi= Misunderstanding
Now placing equation 6 in equation 5 we will get
Raman + Hug+ Raman+ Ruhi= Misunderstandings

So Misunderstanding is always a misunderstanding so we will place equation 7 value in equation 1 we will get
Ishita+Mani+ Hug+Love= Misunderstanding-----------------1
Ishita+ Mani + Hug+ Love= 2Raman+ Ruhi+ hug
Ishita+ Mani+ Love= 2Raman+ Ruhi( cancelling Hug on both the sides)--- equation 8
Now placing equation 4 in above equation equation 8 we get
Ishita+ Friend- Ruhi+ Raman+ Love=2 Raman+ Ruhi
Ishita+ Friend+ Love= 2Raman+ Ruhi- Raman+ Ruhi ( By bring common factor to one side )
Ishita+ Friend+ Love= Raman+ 2Ruhi
L.H.S.= R.H.S
Hence proved Ishita 's love and friendship is not only for Raman and Ruhi but her love and friendship for Ruhi is two times more than Raman...So don't care about promo and CVS anymore.
