Hi guys...finally watched Thursdays episode today...,after cheering myself up with a re-watching of Step-Up 3😃!

Ok...so anyone worried about Sahir falling in love too quickly because of jealousy promo...DON'T BE!!! Forget about love, the guy does not even trust her...her sincerity or her intentions...Ok ok...he has had reason to think this way you say...I give you that...he does have reasons...justifiable ones...but there is no instant soul connection people...he has no clue what is bothering her...no keen eye looking beyond what meets the eyes...No, jumping at every opportunity to protect her...no macho manly stuff like carrying her out of the pool...no holding on to the Payal...no ...nothing...apart from that one unguarded moment when his prejudices and impressions were overtaken by the spontaneous silliness of the whole sinking in the waist deep pool...The first moment when she was just a woman not an employee, not an incompetent addition to his ever so tightly run ship...not a nuisance...but just a woman...

The jealousy promo would be the first realization that she COULD be someone other than an employee he does not care a S*^T about ...

OK but on Thursdays episode...there was none of that...she was once again an intern forced upon him and his company without much competence, sincerity or respect for rules...a freeloader...only surviving there because of his mothers promise...

She really has made a place on his wrong side...for all the reasons that are not going to be true in the long run...She of course is very competent, sincere, confident and hardworking...and just like him she also actually doesn't like other people to get into her personal space...if she does not want to discuss the reason for her distress publicly with Anam...or Sahir...she will just not do that...,all pressure aside...

Aarzoo is the one whose soul is so connected to her family...Sitting in Mumbai she realizes ...something is not right with her folks in Lucknow...and when they decide not to tell her in their infinite wisdom...she gets worried...really worries...like a mother would if she can't contact her small child who is on her own...she keeps calling ...and calling...

Finally when they do talk and try to make up stuff ...she was quick to realize the truth...she couldn't be fooled for a second...she knew that they were not at home...Dadi didn't sound her usual self...and Asharfi was the give away...

Shivya really amazed me with her natural acting...I felt every emotion that Arzoo was feeling...and none of it was canned...well done!!,👏

The sobbing women on the other hand have to figure some other moves than to just sit and have a group hug and cry...how many times can one see that Huh?

Although I have to say...Nausheen's dialogue delivery was very good when she was not crying and telling Aarzoo what she means to them...and how proud they all are of her...nicely done!!!👍🏼

But she is not a person who wants to hide anything...she feels close to Alvira...she feels comfortable talking to Alvira about her problems...so when Alvira come to check on her...she breaks down and shares her worry...her guilt for not being able to be with her family in their hour of need...

Actress playing Alvira also had perfect expressions! No doubt it will be Alvira who will bring the family to Mumbai...Zakis dialogues about Nausheen keeping Alvira and her family in their house ...in their hour of need was no passing remark...it was a foundation for Alviras next move to return the favor...

Can't imagine Alvira as a bad character in future...she seems very empathetic...

Nice post as usual and lovely collages from Shweta!

Yes the promo definitely just indicates that he is getting affected by her...just like he thought about her after the pool scene! And probably what he is restless about is how She gets along well with Zaki while the two of them can't stand each other...something like that!

Thursdays epi...well...I fully understand Arzoos state of mind..Shivya was fabulous in portraying that...the panic at not being anek to reach her family..the fear when she learnt about her mom and her want to go back there!

However I do think she could have told Sahir/Alvira that her mom was unwell and that was the reason she couldn't go to office..considering she was absent the whole day probably...the file had to be collected from her and she has just started work...!

We do need to inform about personal emergencies that keep us away from work...and here..she is staying in his house...has taken over the kitchen supposedly and is taking soup for him...definitely not just an employee! And her tone was quite defiant when she refused to reply...the answer was to Anam but Sahir was standing in front of her as well...and she can thank Alvira and Sahirs obedience to her that she is still there!

Now with the family slated to come to Mumbai personal doesn't remain that anyway.. If they all stay in Alvira's house that is...!

Will see how it plays out on Monday... Whether Arzoo actually does tell Sahir or leaves it to Alvira to handle!

Yes...Aarzoos state of mind was portrayed beautifully...not overdone or underdone...Nice job by Shivya!

I think the reason she doesn't bring up personal matters with Anam and Sahir is 1) she was too pre-occupied with her worries to even think about that, 2) she does not feel comfortable telling them anything personal knowing fully well how little consideration Sahir gives to anyone's personal problems...or personal needs...we have seen that in his behavior with Linda as well as the factory workers...

But more than anything...she was still in the middle of personal crisis she was having and there was no time to entertain an explanation...

mm i had a similar feeling, love and all that feeling can take a back seat, i've been saying these two will not fall that easily when looking at the eps and upcoming eps, nicely stated about the promo being a "COULD"situation, i agree to that. from sahirs side its dislike, annoyance and suspicion and arzoo, she doesnt even have time for all the love and feeling stuff right now and seeing the jail sequence theres deff going to be a MU between sahir and arzoo. honestly i doubt they will rush the love story

man he was so pissed arzoo right from the office till they were face to face, his anger kept growing, i thought he was gonna explode at her, but he was controlling it and the the fact he told alira that arzoos is only at saiyra because of her just goes to show he doesnt care for and is just putting up with her. love how you put that arzoo about her being on his wrong side for not for the long run etc.

but true that if arzoo doesnt feel comfortable about something she wont do it or divulge anything to someone, she obviously didnt feel comfortable telling sahir and anam but once she got to alvira in a more calm and less tense place she told her everything. also when zaki tried to give her a handshake she said thank you politely. good observation though about her not liking people in her space.

arzoo knows her fam well enough to sense and know from talking to them that something is wrong even when they try to hide it, the more they did and the more they didnt pick up her worry and panic grew till all her emotions came falling down once she found out the truth.

oh man i love shivya, she is such a natural and especially with emotional scenes, it doesnt seem modelly or pretty kind of sadness and crying, it very real and natural and that makes the whole scene even more amazing..

oh totally forgot about nausheen helping alvira once, but you could be right, foreshadowing. its possible she will bring them to mumbai for a maybe just a short time or maybe long who knows, we will have to wait and see..

also liked linda and joe, i though linda would be a bully to arzoo but she turned so nice, they have started to like and care for arzoo, cause they didnt wanna say that arzoo was late.

Well... maybe not an explanation but just the fact.. My mom isn't well... I mean I guess it's soap land but I would still think an employer whose house you are living in and who has already made it clear you are not professional enough would deserve that much!

She didn't wait around for sahirs reaction anyway and Mom ill would not come in the same category as going early for a birthday celebration! Alvira was right there in any case!

Anyway it's how it works in shows so the next track can come up so I will see what happens on Monday!

What I am trying to say is Arzoo needs to start thinking about why she is in mumbai at some point.. These problems are always going to be there.. Now if her family c comes there as well there will be more issues but she has to probably get more professional after this crisis passes! And stay there f or a reason other than Alvira!

Nice post sush and swetha's collages beautiful.

I felt it's more of concern from sahir side in the promo .

I feel nausheen's character fall flat in the whole episode . Arzoo' concerns and worries for the family well portrayed by shivya . In fact she amazes me by her acting , didn't expect it from a newcomer .

Anam at her best in fueling the fire against arzoo in sahir's mind .what could be the reason for her to go against arzoo from the very first day ...coz she has some one from her MIL side no ...it's more of business concern .

Sahir is easily affected by anam's words ...shows lots to come for arzoo from anam.

An adult child's worst nightmare. Being away from a parent when they need you the most. Surviving from one phone call to the next. The feeling of helplessness...The episode brought it all out. Loved how Shivya portrayed the emotions. She is indeed a natural.

Arzoo is fiercely private. Not a great idea when there is a deadline to meet, and you are more or less responsible for it. Did not like the way Anam dragged her out. A built too much. Sush, I agree with you about the reason why did she not reveal that her mom was unwell. Sahir has made it mighty clear that his employees personal issues are least of his concern. She would not have expected any empathy from him. Plus, it was to set stage for a misunderstanding. He would find Arzoo laughing away atop a car in the middle of the road, and question if this was the 'personal call' she needed to attend.

I somehow feel the promo is misleading. Going by the SBS and spoilers, jealousy would be the last thing on Sahir's mind. 😕

About the family landing in Mumbai, where exactly would they stay? Kurti is pretty miffed with sharing the outhouse with Arzoo. Now she would have to share it with four more ladies, plus a talking parrot.

Hi Ri,

Yes...bringing Kurti aapa there right before the families move there makes things more complicated...why do it? I can't figure this out, story wise ...Unless they will have them all stay somewhere else...actually I would like that more ..really. Too many people in too little space otherwise...!!!

Shivya is looking prettier than how she did in the first week too...And I can totally connect with her character...
