when will bcl start and its first promo

JSJ guys I just wanna know when bcl will commence and regarding its first promo and sp. of chandigarh cubs please tell if anyone is having a clue coz the promo was supposed to get telecast on saturday that us on 11 oct so if its launched so can I have the link please anyone of u
