This shows her mentality. This so stupid of her to show case that people who study in english medium are classsy and those who don't are still gawar...that's what she meant. Her thinking is so low.

FISH MARKET MEDIUM SCHOOL Is the place .. which bread and breeded karishma .. aint no other better school in the world.
