As Karishma & Minissha, they both live in Mumbai, Maharashtra, there are lots of English & Marathi medium schools in Mumbai.
While arguing with Minissha, Karishma taunted her that Minissha studied in Marathi medium school. 😕
What does she mean of that?? Marathi school students are low-class people, and who studied in English medium are high-class people? 😲
