In Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai , As per the current track Avantika and Pankhuri agree to Payal's conditions. Later, Pankhuri becomes surprised on seeing Ayush in the Deewan mansion. She informs the Deewan family that Ayush had taken care of her, during her crisis. Aditya and Pankhuri learn that Ayush has visited Mumbai for his treatment. They insist Ayush to stay in the Deewan mansion. However, Payal refuses to the same.

Now in it's upcoming episodes, Ayush is made comfortable at Diwan Mansion. Meanwhile, Payal and Sheila will not be happy about it and want him to leave soon. Sheila will believe that there is more to Pankhuri and Ayush's relationship. Meanwhile, Unknown caller will blackmail Avantika and all the clues will lead to a mystery of the past.
