Naani asks sundari whether everything is ready for jyoti & sundari says, she did not get bhattis..naani says, u will find the bhattis only if chintoo had brought from shop & call his name.
Naani asks chintoo about bhattis..Chintoo says, he asked sadu bhai to bring them & call mahaan's name..mahaan says, he asked naana to bring them & call naana..Nana says, he asked PK to bring them & call PK..PK says he forgot what naana had asked him to bring from shop.
Naani gets angry & scolds all the jamais & say, all of u cant do any work..she calls badelal & is about to say, but badelal immediately says, he knows what to bring..naani says to all the jamais, even after I told, u did not bring but without telling anything to badelal, he understood what to bring.
Both the sisters say to naani, they are all ready & ask naani to come for pooja & say, they are getting late..naani ask them to go themselves & say, if I come there, then who will look after akhanda jyoti.
Chintoo asks naani to go with them & say, we are all there to look at it..naani says, u are very careless but chintoo asks her to give him a chance & say, whole night they don't sleep & look after akhanda jyoti.
Naani says to chintoo, ok I will go, but if anything happens to akhanda jyoti, then maa durga may excuse u, but jagadambe wont excuse all of u & goes from there.
All the jamais sit in front of akhanda jyoti which is kept in front of maa durga & looks at it..chintoo puts oil to jyoti..all of them feel sleepy & try to sleep there itself.
After some time naana says, he wants to drink water & go to kitchen..mahaan says, he has a urgent work, so he will go & come..after some time chintoo says to PK, he has a work, he will finish it & come immediately.
PK sits for some time, then he says to himself, why I am sitting here & goes to kitchen..in the kitchen, naana eats sweets & PK asks him what he is eating..naana says, nothing & say, he was feeling thirsty so he came here to drink water.
PK asks naana, why he was sitting in front of maa durga..naana says to himself, if I say the real fact then PK will ask me to sit with him & say, mahaan asked u to sit in front of maa durga, so better ask him only.
PK goes to mahaan's room & ask mahaan who was watching tv, why he was sitting in front of maa durga..mahaan says to himself, if I say then, sasurji may ask me to sit with him & say, chintoo asked u to sit there.
PK goes to chintoo's room & chintoo was sleeping..PK asks chintoo to wake up & ask him, why he was sitting in front of maa durga..chintoo says, naani had given responsibility to look after akhanda jyoti whole night & say, I finished my duty, now it is your responsibility to look after jyoti.
PK after coming out of room, says to himself, what work I have to do now & say to himself, my job is in lab, so I go there & do my work.
PK starts to work in his lab..chintoo continue to sleep & mahaan continue to watch tv..suddenly something fall down in the kitchen & everybody comes there.
PK says, naana had come here to eat sweet & naana says, I just came now to see what happened, why r u taking my name..mahaan & chintoo too says, they came to kitchen to see what happened..chintoo says, let us sit in front of maa durga & watch akhanda jyoti.
All of them sit in front of akhanda jyoti..Mahaan put oil to jyoti..they all feel sleepy & try to sleep there itself..again something falls & they all wake up..chintoo says, may be some thief has come & naana says, why r u making me scary.
All of them go to mahaan's room with stick, rope & rug to catch the thief..all of them search & chintoo says, he & naana go to one side & ask mahaan & PK to go to other side to search the thief.
Mahaan & PK search for some time but don't find the thief..Naana & chintoo search in the other place but don't find any thief.
While searching, mahaan gets cold & PK put rug on mahaan's head..after few minutes, mahaan make sound due to cold & fall in front of PK..PK thinks he is a thief & starts to beat mahaan..chintoo & naana too starts to beat mahaan continuously without looking at mahaan's face which was covered with rug.
Mahaan shouts with pain & after hearing the voice, naana says, this is mahaan's voice..PK remove rug from mahaan's head & mahaan starts to cry..PK & naana says, we could not see your face as your face & head was covered with rug..all of them go & sit in front of jyoti..PK put oil to jyoti.
Calling bell rings & naana asks chintoo to open the door..chintoo opens the door & naani & all the ladies comes inside the house..chintoo says, naani ji ki jai ho & say, like he had promised, he has looked after akhanda jyoti..chintoo says, whole night they did not sleep at all.
Naani calls badelal & he comes there..naani says, badelal did not come with us, he was there in the house..chintoo gets angry & say to naani, if badelal was also there at home, then why u asked us to look after the jyoti.
Naani says, why should badelal do that work, it is your responsibility..badelal says the flash back story & say, he threw some vessel in the kitchen & was observing all the jamais whole night.
Naani says to chintoo, if I had informed about badelal, then u would have done careless & not observed akhanda jyoti..chintoo says to naani, yes what u did is right, I should not escape from my responsibility & the epi. ends here.
Whole epi. revolves around akhanda jyoti & how the jamais looks after it..All the 4 jamais have funny scenes & acted well according to their scenes😊
