So this is a remake of Shaukeen eh?
From what I know Shaukeen was a well received movie with Ashok Kumar, Utpal Dutt and AK Hangal. The theme was the same about older men desiring a younger woman resulting in a string of comical situations. It wasn't overboard on the raunchy.
Seems like the remake is trying to go the Grand Masti way with humor.
