That's quite a big thing to reveal...especially since her dad abandoned her mom...just saying he is my dad wouldn't suffice if the reason Sahir is asking is because sarfaraz spoke something against Arzoo to him!
I think some other distraction may occur conveniently ...this will be a ht and miss many times before it's revealed
